Second time I have used All American this year. Both experiences have been great. On-time. Friendly, right to work. Had the piece to replace it with him. Said this was common in an Electrolux oven this age. Nice guy.

The technician was good. Unfortunately a small plastic lever was jammed and was part of a $300 control box.

The refrigerator was repaired at a reasonable price. The repair man informed me that I would be better off getting a new dishwasher. The repair man was great. Very professional and knowledgeable about his job.

After taking an entire day off from work - he showed up @ 2 hours late and was here all of 5 minutes - saying I have to defrost everything and he'll come back. We set a date and time - well he set it up incorrectly so I had to wait yet another day and when he arrives then he was 1.5 hours late again. Plus he is really not a people person - not very noce to work with

From the beginning call to the final payment it was all seamless. Professional, thorough service. Ryan, the service tech, came late in the day Friday and could not get the part we needed until the next day. He picked up the part at 8:00 in the morning, fixed it first thing and was finished by 9:00. I have already recommended them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Well he showed up and showed me how to reset the light. Ryan said that the filter was sort of a money pit. He only charged me the service fee of $59.

Came on time, fixed the problem works well now.

I was disappointed that they didn't mention that I could remove the control board and send it off and get it fixed myself. That is what I did and now my refrigerator works fine. They also didn't honor the online coupon.

The company secured and installed one of two circuit boards which remedied the problem saving at least $1,000 to replace the unit and countertop.

The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the igniter. It has worked perfectly since then.

the service man was very nice and it was determined that the motor went out and since the washer was so old it made more sense to replace than to repair. only charged for house call.

Mike did an outstanding job. Getting the glass pieces out of the unit was a challenge. Mike was not satisfied until he was certain the unit was clear of all debris. The day before the appointment for the dishwasher work, my wash machine would not start. Mike was kind of enough to look at the machine, He identified the problem and had it fixed in under 2 minutes at no additional charge to me. I was very appreciative. Great guy, I will definitely being using this company again.

After assessing the problems, the repairman felt that the repairs costs would far exceed the value and life of the model. Though he does not sell dishwashers (he said that would be a conflict of interest), he agreed to talk to me about brands and models that his experience told him were the most reliable and cost effective. I ended up not repairing my existing dishwasher and went out and bought one of the models he recommended. He saved me money and helped me make a sound decision. An honest, experienced professional.

Mike S. was great to work with. He went above and beyond to fix my dryer. He even made sure the entire unit (I was only having a problem with one part) was in perfect working order before he left. For future repairs, I will not use anyone else.

Repairman showed up on time said he thought it was a timer problem. Did not have the part but said this fix should temporarily fix the problem. Call him in four hours and let him know if the refrigerator was cooling. Called in four hours and said refrigerator was not cooling. Said thatmeans the compressor is shot cost to repair would be$600.00 plus. Do not believe he ever checked the compressor

Fine. The techinician diagnosed the problem cleaned up some areas of neglect and fixed the problem.

Mike S was the repairman. They were on time and had it fixed in a short amount of time. They even swept behind the fridge.

The technician showed up within the window of time scheduled. Once at our house, he was searching for the manual of the appliance. This is strange because I gave the make, model, and other information on the original call for service. After 20 minutes, I was given a quote of $259 to replace the ice maker. Doing a quick online search for this myself, I found the going rate for the ice maker averages around $135 for the last GE version and closer to $100 for the Samsung version of the part. This means I would be charged over $100 for the installation that only took 10 minutes to remove the old ice maker and replace with a new one.

Had a service window from 12-5 PM and John was here at 1 PM. Taught me a few things I was doing wrong for 12 years, which I appreciated.

Very well. The technician (Mike Sheehan) was running late due to unexpected issues with his first appointment, but he called ahead to notify me of this. The heads-up was very much appreciated. Total time on site to trouble shoot & replace the ice maker was approximately 25 minutes. Mike was knowledgeable & made sure the new ice maker was functioning prior to leaving.. He gave me a full debrief on All American's services & warranties prior to completion of the task. I will call again if I have an appliance issue. Using their coupon saved the price of the service call.

The repairman was professional and recommended replacement parts and mother board. We did opt to buy a replacement ice maker and motherboard; however the ice maker stopped working (again) after a few months of operation. We do not believe All American Appliances is the cause of why it is not working, it's an issue with the refigerator manufacturer. The motherboard replacement seems to have taken care of the fluctuating freezer temperature.

Job completed promptly and satisfactorily. Will call them the next time.
