Easily schedule appointment to move my office, but I cancelled when they couldn't produce the certificate of insurance required by the large, professional office building I was moving from. Aaron's was clearly indiginant that they would even ask for proof of insurance, claimed that is only requested when the building doesn't have apporpriate insurance, and on Saturday morning before the mandatory move on Tuesday Aaron's still didn't have the necessary certificate of insurance. Glad I found out ahead of time that they didn't have the needed insurance, just in case something went wrong with the move or there were damages to my possessions!

Fantastic! They had a great sense of humor about the day. The whole move took over 9 hours because of all the locations.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE VERY QUICK WITH PACKING UP THE ITEMS ONTO THE TRUCK. WHEN THEY UNPACKED THE ITEMS FROM THE TRUCK, THEY WOULD CARRY THEM INTO SPECIFIC ROOMS OF YOUR CHOICE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THERE WAS ONLY 1 SCRATCH TO A TABLE, WHICH THEY TOOK BACK TO THEIR SHOP AND BUFFED OUT AND BROUGHT IT BACK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. IT WAS A HUGE HELP, NOT HAVING TO MOVE ALL OF THE FURNITURE ITEMS.
