 + -1 moreEasily schedule appointment to move my office, but I cancelled when they couldn't produce the certificate of insurance required by the large, professional office building I was moving from. Aaron's was clearly indiginant that they would even ask for proof of insurance, claimed that is only requested when the building doesn't have apporpriate insurance, and on Saturday morning before the mandatory move on Tuesday Aaron's still didn't have the necessary certificate of insurance. Glad I found out ahead of time that they didn't have the needed insurance, just in case something went wrong with the move or there were damages to my possessions!
Description of Work: Moving furnishings from one office building to another office building - 3 rooms of furniture and approximately 20 boxes. I cancelled when they couldn't provide evidence of appropriate insurance coverage!

 + -1 moreFantastic! They had a great sense of humor about the day. The whole move took over 9 hours because of all the locations.
Description of Work: This company came highly recommended from family. This is the second time I have used them. This was a complicated move in which the movers had to drive to Illinois and empty two storage units, one house, then drive to Saint Louis and empty a high rise apartment, then deliver to another home. Two bedroom sets, a dining room, a living room, tons of boxes, and a 100 year old piano!!! We were pleased with their professionalism, and would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE VERY QUICK WITH PACKING UP THE ITEMS ONTO THE TRUCK. WHEN THEY UNPACKED THE ITEMS FROM THE TRUCK, THEY WOULD CARRY THEM INTO SPECIFIC ROOMS OF YOUR CHOICE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THERE WAS ONLY 1 SCRATCH TO A TABLE, WHICH THEY TOOK BACK TO THEIR SHOP AND BUFFED OUT AND BROUGHT IT BACK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. IT WAS A HUGE HELP, NOT HAVING TO MOVE ALL OF THE FURNITURE ITEMS.
Description of Work: THEY MOVED MY FURNITURE ITEMS FROM MY APARTMENT TO MY NEW HOUSE.
