Mattresses
The BBB has informed me that Mark Nystrom has until July 25th to respond to my complaint. I have heard nothing yet.
Response from Verlo Mattress Factory - St. Charles
"Customer has fill size bed with no support to floor. Bed also is two sided and needs to be rotated. Mattress has only 1/2 inch of deflection. Been to home two times plus one comfort change."
