The Gutter Cover Co

Description of Work: The Gutter Cover Co. installed all new gutter covers for our house. I thought they were excellent. Very good at living up to our agreement. Were timely, professional, knowledgeable about what they were doing and did a quality job. I would not hesitate to use them again. Needed them to come back where heavy runoff comes together and was jumping over the cover. Their return was very timely with no squawking or argument and the problem was taken care of right away. Use them....you won't regret it in my opinion.

Description of Work: They were very prompt in their response. The employee who gave me the estimate was very nice and personable. The technician who installed the cover was also very nice, respectful to me and my property. He did a very nice job in the time he indicated it would take to install the cover. Apparently the estimator for the job and I missed one corner and a small section of the gutter. The installer called the company and without even talking to me they completed the job. If I just happened not to be present when it was noticed I would never have known the mistake occured. I am very impressed with the companies integrity and professionalism.

Description of Work: I had "Gutter Covers" installed on the garage, one side of the house and the screen porch. Cliff came out at the appointed time and provided an estimate during his visit. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Gale scheduled the installation and called the morning of to notify us of the approximate time. She also handled payment, whiich was not required until the job was done. Gale and Cliff made the transaction a pleasure. The installers were prompt, pleasant and professional. They cleaned the gutters, installed the covers and left no mess.
