Overall, we were extremely happy with this company. They didn't try to hard sell the more expensive option. I was very surprised when they indicated that simply replacing two sections of gutters and two downspouts would take care of our problem. The price was fair, the interaction with the office staff efficient, prompt and friendly, and the bidding quick and friendly as well. The gutters look and work great. The only reason for the "B" in quality was that the workers did a terrible job of cleaning up. They left wads of debris on the porch and several sharp metal drain cone things, nails, and metal brackets all over the porch and on the lawn.

They were very professional. They could come when I could be their. They called me when they were done to see if I was ok with the job. They showed up on time to do the work. They called me when they were on the way over to my house. They cleaned up everything when they were done working.

Their salesman, Cliff Kammermeyer, was excellent, very experienced. He answered all my questions. The installation people arrived on time completed the job in one day and cleaned everything up. I watched the entire installation and got up on step-latter s to check. They did an excellent job, excellent workmanship. I got two bids. Theirs was the highest. I went with them anyway because I thought they had the best product.

The salesman, Cliff, was very knowledgeable - he did an outstanding job of describing what would be done and offered suggestions on what I could do to help redirect water drainage from my foundation. The installation went very well. The installers arrived right on time and were finished in a little over 2 hours. They cleaned up well and everything looks great. I highly recommend this company - great service, knowledgeable staff, prompt and professional installation.

Very professional and courteous from bid through finish. Arrived when they said they would and even paid for a replacement outdoor thermometer that was inadvertently broken when the old gutters were removed. (Even included a few dollars for my gas to the hardware store!!) They certainly get an "A" in my book on all accounts.

They came out on a Saturday (thank you!) to do the work. They were right on time and did a fantastic job!

Originally quoted repair of gutters. During process found that old gutters could not be repaired so quoted install of new gutters. Honored Angie's List coupon even though house didn't qualify (gutter footage is approximately 55').

We initially thought we needed new guttering, Cliff came out and informed us are guttering was fine just needed rehung. The gutters were rehung and the covers were installed. It has made a tremendous difference. The gutters no longer overflow and we did not have to climb up on the roof to clean the gutters out this fall.

I was impressed by the sales person who came out. We called them to have our gutters replaced and instead they were honest enough to tell us we really didn't need them replaced. He explained having them covered and just changing out the spouts for larger ones would be better. They had the job done in about 1 1/2 days and boy did they work hard in the summer heat! I was impressed with them.

The men from The Gutter Cover Company were great. They were friendly and patient in terms of answering all of my questions. They were very knowledgeable as well, giving me good advice on what I needed to do to solve my drainage problems. It was definitely a no hassle experience.

We were satisfied with the gutter screens. They are sure to be very helpful. I thought this company was easy to schedule service with, and they came out promptly to get the work done. It is a family owned business and you can tell they take great pride in what they do.

I called them because of their rating on Angie's List. Their salesman, Cliff, came to my home at my convenience and took measurements. He explained to me how the system works and why it's better than others around. Once I signed to get the work done he said there'd be no reason for a down payment and I could cancel out all the way up to the day they install. He assured me they're people do the installation; they don't hire it out. I got a color that completely blends in with the roof color. The gutter cover isn't visible at all unless you're right under it. This was a seamless, pleasant exchange. I'm thrilled with the result and their customer service.

We had this same work done cheaply by an inexperienced handy man a few years ago which was just horrible to look at and was not functioning. The Gutter Cover company saved us from the nightmare with a quality product that performs better than expected and quality service that gave us warm fuzzies long after the installation was completed. I am now actually looking forward to rain and looking forward towards fall, we have lots of stuff fall on our house all year long and it all just falls right off on to the ground now. We were so pleased with this company we are planning a second purchase for our detached garage and have had them back to remove the downspouts in areas where we did not trust other contractors to reinstall them properly which they did at a very fair price and gave us lots of extra attention.

The whole process worked great, thanks to Angie's List. After getting estimates from several different companies, I selected the Gutter Cover Co. The salesman, Cliff showed up on time & was very informative about his companies product, which is similar to other products on the market, however I selected this company because of the other high recommendations it received from previous customers, via Angie's List. Cliff also informed me of a 15% discount that was in one of our local papers that I didn't know about. He could have easily left this bit of information out, seeing that it was not to his companies advantage, but he didn't. The company was very prompt in scheduling my work. Cliff came out to give the estimate on a Thursday. I called to accept his offer on Friday & the installation crew was out Tuesday morning. They started at about 8:30 am & was done at 9:30 am. They even left a stamped & addressed envelope to return payment.

Hired to install gutters and fascia. They scheduled the work within one week. Installation went well, gutters perform as expected. We modified the work order slightly, crew handled it efficiently. Issues were though: The crew had been incorrectly told to replace fascia of only one of the home's two gables. Thankfully, the crew brought it to our attention. When we paid, we were told that the coupon posted on Angie's List only applied to gutter covers, and did not apply to gutters. The coupon at that time stated only: "$100 OFF 100 FT. OR MORE (NOT TO BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER OFFER)". It stated nothing about applying only to gutter cover. Expressed our displeasure over the phone, and by note when we mailed payment. Staci called, said she would refund the difference of the extra work the crew perform. We received a check for $75. Overall, pleased with work of the crew. Less than satisfied with office and the deceptive coupon posted on Angie's List at that time.

I actually had called for estimates over a year ago and decided not to have it done at that time. The Gutter Cover salesman (Cliff) had come out and discussed the Gutter Cover, went over the work to be done, and gave me a written proposal. At the time I decided this would be the company I would go with when I was ready. As I said before, that was a year ago. I called the company the first of April 2007 and spoke with Staci. I was amazed to find out that the proposal was still on file and that the price quoted would not change. I was sure it would be higher now. The work was scheduled the following week and done exactly as I had requested. The Gutter and Covers look great on my home and I'm so glad I had it done. You would not even know the workmen had been here, the clean up was excellent and all they left was a wonderful finished product. I would highly recommend this company for anyone interested in new guttering and/or The Gutter Cover for their home.

My point of contact was Sherry (sp?). Though she speaks softly, she is a real gem to work with!!! The owner, James Maneage, got to the property within a couple of days and personally gave me a call with an estimate of $107.50. (I had gotten 3 other estimates as follows: $355, $290, and $150.) I'm surprised he came all the way down from St. Charles to Kirkwood for such a small job. Nice guy! He showed up as scheduled and not only performed the work but cleaned up the jobsite afterwards. The estimate never changed. There were no hidden fees or charges. They mailed me my bill and even included a self-addressed stamped envelope! Note: On the bottom of the bill it mentions asking them for a ''Lien Waiver.'' I requested one and it was included with the bill. Great price, great service, great job. Overall, I'm a very happy camper. Highly recommend and will do business with again as needed.

During the ice storm a tree branch fell on the new gutter cover. The branch dented the gutter cover, but saved the whole front rain gutter from being dented or coming off. Jim came over immediately to assess the damage and his crewman repaired the damage within days. He gave me a fair price. $208 to fix the damage since he had just put in the gutter covers in October. I would recommend this company highly to anyone who needs gutter covers.

When one of the gutters was clogged, Jim Maneage came out and fixed the problem at no charge. There have been no problems since that time.

Salesman Bill Fell very knowledgeable and not high pressure. Price was reasonable. Work was done quickly, professionally and we were satisfied with the finished product.

They returned my call promptly. The job was too small, and they didn't want to take advantage of the situation and suggested I get someone local. I appreciated their honesty.
