Last install of 6 for the day promised after 3pm showed up at 330pm completed removal of old cover and install all of new bu 530 pm cleaned cutter and install area.

The job went well. The individual that provided us with the initial bid made a mistake in calculating the price per foot. She was extremely apologetic as was the owner of the company. The owners were willing to work with us to reach a reasonable solution that was fair. The installation went very well. The owner and one other worker had the gutters and gutter covers installed within two days, despite periods of rain. The quality of work was very good! Upon completion we were provided all necessary paper work (e.g., guaranty, lien waiver, etc.) and were also asked to complete a customer survey. This is the second time that I have used this company. In both cases, company representatives were profession, courteous, and very much customer oriented, which based on my experience is unusual in the building trades. I find the gutter covers used by this company are one of the best in the market.

I was very impressed with them. I was very satisfied with their work and I would recommend them to others. The gentleman noticed when he got to the second story of our home that the builder had the gutter tilted so that it was not draining at a very good slant. He was able to fix that for us. We didn’t even realize it was an issue and he told us about it. We were glad he did fix it for us.

Gutter Covers came out and did a great job with our gutters. Not only did they remove old gutter covers and installed new gutter covers but they also cleaned out all of our gutters. They also made sure the downspouts were clear. They were very punctual and did a wonderful job with the work. They as well were very tidy and clean with the work. I would have them back again if I need my gutters serviced.

crew of 2 arrived and asked if there were any problem areas. After short conversation, they went to work and finished quickly . Clean up was excellent.

I was very pleased with their work. He worked through the heat of the summer as much as they could. He left during the hottest part of the day and would return when it cooled down a little bit. He even came out on a Sunday to finish the work. He also straightened my gutters in a couple of different spots.

Best price for the best product including a lifetime no-clog performance warranty. Important detail: the cover is not visible. Job was done within a day and after the first heavy rain they came back to make some adjustments. After 5 years we are still satisfied with the product.

The company was quick and responsive. The product blends naturally with the roof. The work was done quickly and efficiently and was cleaned up very well. I have not had any problems with the gutters other than a problem I had previously that I failed to tell the company about. I hope to file a follow-on report after I let them know the problem and see if there is some action they can take to help fix it. I recommend anyone using their services be sure to explain any existing difficulties with the gutters so this company can see if there is anything they can do to correct it . They did their work well, they did not know about my problem.

It is very disturbing that the gutter cover company in their response attempted to mischaracterize me as nasty and greedy man who used ?hateful voice?, while they are the ones who have tried everything possible to take care of water leak they created. I made a misspelling mistake in my original post regarding the installation of the gutter system. What I intended to say was that they installed the gutter cover system incorrectly, not the gutter itself. It is important to underscore that the water spillovers started not before but soon after they installed the cover. As for the contractor for an independent evaluation, I later decided not to bother any of them as I initially agreed primarily because I don?t think that any of them would convince Jim. Moreover, it is not their business to step into this mess. In fact, I have talked to at least 4 gutter contractors and 4 home remodeling contractors individually (total of 8), and gathered what their thoughts on this issue. There are detailed records for the name and time of their visits. Their evaluation consistently pointed to the heart of the problem, and the contractors from the gutter companies promised to fix the water leak with any problem. Given what they told me, it is difficult for me to understand why The Gutter Cover Co still fails to fix the problem even after ?many trips? in the past 5 years, leading to today?s mess. I am disgusted with the Gutter Cover CO not only because they installed the problem in the first place, which subsequently contributes to a series of deteriorating events, but also because of the way they have handled my complaint (evading their responsibility, distorting the sequence of events in order to depict me as a mean-spirited and greedy man going after their money etc). Fortunately, the record speaks for itself. No one wants to pay for the endless troubles. Imagine that you hire someone to install a garbage disposal under the sink, but instead the contractor makes the sink leak, allowing water leak everywhere on the floor, and a series of damages around the floor incurred despite of his many futile trips ?at no cost?. Now the contractor claims that his disposal is very good, service is excellent, blah, blah... You want compensation? The contractor would tell you that the floor damage is caused by the poor drainage in your house, and they have nothing to do with it.. that is what exactly I have been stuck with the situation since 2005. They came out and looked at the situation and called me immediately with the solution to my problem.

Great. They came and started but finished a week later because of the weather. It was handy because I didn't have to be there and the site was clean when finished. I did meet the installer and he explained what he did and was doing and why because of the cold weather he would have to finish later and he was back within a week with no phone calls from me. Great service.

The entire company was professional, courteous & highly skilled. Only problem the job couldn't be completed in one visit, repairs to the porch roof (not detected on initial visit by salesman) were required first.

They were efficient. They actually found a problem with our roof which we never would have found otherwise and it was a big help to us. It could have turned out to be a big problem.

They were very professional and they took the time to answer all of my questions. They came out when they said that they would. They did good work and they took the time to clean up after themselves.

It went very well. They were on time every time, did a very professional looking job, and were very responsive to my requests. The job went well, but we were a little disappointed with the clean up. There was a fairly large portion in the back yard where the leaves and debris from cleaning out the gutters was left on the patio and by our pond, on furniture, etc. I called them that next day and they came out immediately and cleaned it up. They were very apolegetic and even did a little extra work on one of my downspouts which we had never even discussed. They did this at no cost. I called them a few weeks later for a recommendation on some deck work and they went out of their way to even send me a discount coupon from the deck people and then called these people to tell them to expect a call from me. I, without a doubt, would use this company again and would certainly recommend them highly to anyone. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, but what really counts is how you handle these mistakes. These guys went beyond the "call of duty" to make everything right.

They were very efficient. They basically did everything without disrupting us at all. We couldn?t hear any noise or anything like that.

I actually joined Angie's list in search of a quality company for this specific job, and I called the Gutter Cover Company based upon the excellent ratings they'd received. First of all, this is a family owned business, and they don't contract out any of the work. I called on Wednesday to schedule an appointment for an estimate and, to accomodate my schedule, they were able to have Ken come to my house on Saturday. They told me he would be there at 9:00AM, and he was right on time. Ken was the most pleasant person one could ask for to work with, and he was very knowledgable. He showed me a model of the Gutter Cover, and asked me what I was looking to accomplish. At that, he took time to size up the job and make a recommendation. He was not high pressure at all, and I believe his recommendation was an honest estimate of what needed to be done, at a minimum, to make it right. I actually decided to make some upgrades, above and beyond his recommendation, just because it's what I wanted to do. He made suggestions regarding my choices, but just to guide and clarify. He took a special interest making sure that they would be providing exactly what I wanted. He revised my estimate, made drawings and gave me the price. I was so certain that I wanted to do business with this company at this point, that I signed the contract, and looked no further. Ken said I would get a call the first part of the week to schedule the work, which would probably occur in about 2 weeks. I received a call from Staci on Tuesday, and she said they could do the work on 8/4/09, which was exactly 2 weeks from her call. She said they would show up sometime in the morning, and we would not have to be home. She also asked permission to leave a disposable sign in the yard upon arrival. I agreed, and she said feel free to throw it away whenever we got tired of looking at it. My wife was home the day they did the work, and she said there were 3 very pleasant guys that showed up around 11:00AM, and they completed the job in less than 4 hours. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work. The new gutters and downspouts look great, and the gutter covers are almost unoticeable. We chose the charcoal colored covers which match the shingles. They never asked for a downpayment, and I had the option to back out of the "contract" at any time prior to installation. Then at the end they just left a bill with my wife, which I paid over the phone with a credit card a week later.

I called to schedule an estimate and the service provider came out and seemed very knowledgable. He showed me a sample of the installation and offer an immediate appointment to schedule to have the work done. It was done exactly as I had hoped for. The company owner was excellent to work with.

Wonderful experience. Professional. Cleaned up work area well. Their product also works as intended; I live in Webster Groves so we have a LOT of trees. I was having to get my gutters cleaned at least 4 times a year. This will save me quite a bit of time. I also had to have new soffits and fascia installed; they do not do that work but they recommended a contractor who I was also quite pleased with.

They were very honest and the work was done quickly. In one case they recommended to put covers on the first floor, but agreed that it's very easy to clean them out yourself. I would recommend them for their trustworthiness because they never tried to oversell their services.

Absolutely wonderful. If you had a plus I would give them a plus. I had four people come and give me bids. They were not the cheapest bid, but it was second to cheapest. They were very professional. Didn't try to sell me something I didn t want or need. One of the other people did try to tell me I didn't need what I told them I wanted and I knew better. Another one that I had off of the list was somebody who didn't even speak to me personally, but came and looked at it when I wasn't home. He called and gave me a bid on the phone. And again he didn't understand what I wanted. The reason being is that my house is U shaped and so the inside of the U takes all of the water from half of the house. So that small area needs to have a large gutter, not the regular standard gutter size. He tried to tell me that I didn't need the larger side. The price was good. It was comparable and the service was excellent. The finished product turned out fine and it's working.

Jim came out on time to give me an estimate. He even called to tell me he was on his way, which was very courteous. He listened to me, climbed up on the ladder and thoroughly inspected everything - and informed me I didn't need any work done! My steel gutter was in good shape; I only had a leak to due an ice d*** that had formed. What an honest guy! If and when my gutters need work, I will absolutely be calling them.

Everything went great. Set up appointment for estimate. Arrived on time, explained the features and benefits of the product. Called few days later to accept estimate and set up installation date/time. Installation date delayed a few days due to rain, but when completed, the work was perfect and the gutter covers work great-no more leaves in the gutter, and it looks nice too. I plan to use them to install gutter covers on front of the house this Spring/Summer.

We were incredibly pleased. They were very professional and did a great job with the installation. We used to have problems with water in the basement, but since the new gutters were installed, the basement has been dry. It even stayed dry during the drenching from Hurricane Ike! The neighbor had a small portion of his gutter damaged when a branch hit it earlier this summer. He wandered over to ask if there was anybody who would take on such a small project, and they fixed it for him on the spot! We highly recommend this company.
