Overall, I am very pleased. The office communication is great, but the time to schedule is about 3 weeks to a month out from the date you schedule. The crew showed up to install and I thought they were not the most customer friendly, but were ok. It took most of a day to install. The first rain came soon after and there was one problem with the installation and rain was overflowing and coming into a basement door. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. I have been completely happy with the gutter covers and the company so far, and this is the first time our gutters have been working properly in over 2 years.

A separate company removed the old gutters and covered the fascia boards with aluminum in preparation for the new gutters. So our house would not be without gutters, The Gutter Cover generously adjusted their tight schedule to install the new gutters when the fascia boards were ready and came back a week later to install the covers. We enjoyed the installation crew of Thomas and Richard, their work appears to be excellent, they cleaned up the scraps and did a couple of extras like rerouting a 12-volt line along the gutters to the light above our side door canopy. All indications, i.e. the equipment used, the quality of the trucks, the paper work, the scheduling of the work and the work practices of the crew, are of a professional approach to this service.

From the beginning the customer service I received was outstanding, the secretary accommodate my need to my schedule -thank you so much; they sent an specialist (Jim) to evaluate the situation -the gutter had a crack and the water wasn't going to the proper channel; he arrived on time and was professional and knowledgeable; I received right away two estimates -to replace the damaged portion and to replace the whole gutter; after evaluating his explanation about pro & cons and the costs, the decision was simple -replace whole gutter and enjoy the rainy days; I didn't need to be home for the job to be done -a real bonus, they left everything clean, and the property and trees were treated with care -much appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

I sent a message via their web-site several weeks ago (not sure of exact date) asking them to call me to schedule an estimate to install gutter covers. At first I didn't hear back from them. It turns out there web-site was having issues. Once they addressed those issues, they contacted me right away. I was able to get an estimate and make an appointment with them. I was very satisfied with the work they did.

It went excellent from the 1st phone call to set up appointment for the estimate to the completion. I would highly recommend this company as they were easy to work with, in constant contact of any changes with both our schedules, and efficient with their work. The guys on the job were super nice and shared what they were doing during the installation and cleaned up afterwards like they weren't even there. Jim and Gail were very pleasant to talk to and communicated with ease.

Six Months later: Great! Jim was wonderful to work with and very patient. We got other bids, but felt most comfortable with him. Not a hard sell guy and his price was in line with others. Even with the crazy weather we've had, there is still no water running over the foundation wall. Others in the neighborhood used him before and since our project and they're all happy.

We got three estimates to have something done to our gutters to make them clog free. All three came with a lifetime warranty against ever clogging, and were all of good quality. We went with the Gutter Cover Co. because of several factors: (1)The sales presentation was very low key, not pushy and no special discounts if "we sign right now"; (2) The price was within our budget. (3) I thought the product was well designed and would be the best for our house. The next week, they called to ask if they could install the covers on Monday since another client had damaged gutters and they couldn't install the covers until the damage was repaired. Their installers arrived, cleaned the gutters, installed the covers, cleaned up and were gone in 2 hours. They did an excellent job! My wife and I are very pleased with the result. I would recommend The Gutter Cover Co to anyone looking to have gutter covers installed.

Gutter Cover was very responsive to my call and called back immediately and set an appointment at a mutually convenient time. Gutter Cover sent a very knowledgeable and professional sales rep (Cliff) to demo and describe a gutter protection system I was potentially interested in. He arrived at the scheduled time and delivered a nice presentation. The pricing, warranty, and product were all very fine-I just opted for an alternate system with features I preferred a bit more.

To all the Guttercover employees, I would just like to say that I cannot think of a better company to install gutter coverings. I had a leak in my basement that happened only during hard rains, like last spring. I had 2-3 companies come and inspect my basement. They offered installing French drains, digging up the foundation and so forth. All at a cost of several thousand dollars. I thought the leak might be coming from one part of my house where the gutters were not aligned and "hanging down a bit". I had Jim install guttercovers and he was so pleasant and conscientious that he literally "rehung" the cutters so that they would drain properly. Well that ended the problem and saved us thousands of dollars. If you have a leak in the basement, I would certainly call this terrific company for their expert advice. I cannot praise the staff enough from Gail at the front office to the worker(s) who installed the product. They were all polite, expert in their field and more than willing to answer any questions and let me know that if I had any future problem, to not hesitate to call. Guttercover Company is truly an outstanding company that does business as it should be done. They treat the customers with respect and honesty. It went very well. Jim certainly knows his product but since we had researched it prior to meeting him it saved a lot of time - the covers sell themselves! In any case, he and his people were very professional and prompt. We had absolutely no issues and are very glad we made the purchase.

The folks at the Gutter Cover Co returned my phone call within about an hour and answered my questions about their business and the gutter covers. We scheduled time for a salesman to meet us at the house and give us an estimate of the work. He was knowledgeable about the product, neat, personable, and we were satisfied in going ahead. We signed the contract and picked colors that day, and scheduled an installation time a short time later. We hardly knew they were there when they installed the covers. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and didn't mess anything up in the process. We are very particular about our home since it is in a historic area and is 100 years old. The gutter covers blend right in with the house colors, look much nicer than most other devices that are used to cover gutters, and we thought the price was fair. We have been very happy especially this year since we haven't had to worry about cleaning gutters!

The function of the covering is to let the rain water go over the gutters up to the very last moment and then drip down into the gutter. It keeps your gutters free of debris. They guarantee that your gutters will stay debris free and you won't need any more service. Otherwise somebody has to clean up the gutters a couple of times a year. The cover is rather expensive but if your house is not too high above ground it's possible to take care of it as a home owner, but ours was just too high. They did a very good job, but we do question whether the cost was appropriate. It just seems rather high, but we just went for the A rating and the specialization. It got to be much more expensive than we thought it would, but the work was very well done.

As I said, from the first phone call, to scheduling the estimate, being educated on what was needed during the estimate to the follow up contact was first rate. Very professional. Great product.

From the estimate to the finished product, The Gutter Cover Company supplied excellent service and great communication. No high pressured sales but the best solution for our needs. And the office staff is great to work with. After 3 months and much rain this spring the covers have worked great. I am very happy and would highly recommend you try them out.

They quickly gave me an estimate, then scheduled the work and performed it without a hitch. The product is not cheap by any means, but you do get what you pay for, including a long warranty. I would use this company again.
