I love Home Cleaning Centers in St. Charles. I have been with them for almost 10 years. They are trustworthy and dependable, and they do a fantastic job! They make my world so much easier. Two thumbs up!!!

Good toilets could have been cleaned a little better but I was very pleased with the outcome of the house and the girls were very friendly

I am writing this recommendation for Home Cleaning Centers of America. Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Home Cleaning Centers of America cleaned my home for free four times under their Cleaning for a Reason program. This program reaches out to cancer patients and provides services when cancer patients need it most. Not only did they do this for free, they were incredibly kind and considerate and did a wonderful job cleaning my house when I could barely get out of bed in the morning. They were thorough and efficient and did an excellent job cleaning my home. Let me tell you, I am a little OCD about my house, and they met all of my expectations. I would like to highly recommend this company to anyone looking for house cleaners. They are generous, community centered and very good at what they do. You will not be dissappointed if you choose them. Thank you to Tim (the owner) and Christine (the team leader), for their outstanding service.

They did a good job.

They are extremely expensive for first clean. I have a small home and they only cleaned 2 bedrooms, and 2 full baths and one half bath. They charged me over $350 for the first clean in which the supervisor told me that they were training someone that day and it took extra time to redo what she did not do correctly. So, essentially, I paid for her to be trained. The second time they came, they brought another trainee and broke two items in my home and charged me $10 extra for putting new sheets on the bed (not mentioned as an extra charge). The total for the second cleaning was $173. They are way too expensive for cleaning a home, and how well they do it. After almost spending $500 for two cleanings, it was definitely not worth it at all. I was extremely disappointed. Overcharged and underdelivered service...and very frustrated.

They did a fabulous job on the initial cleaning. Subsequent cleanings have mostly been just a great. There have been a few reminders on missed items but overall they do a great job.

The entire experience has been great! The team does a wonderful job, I couldn't be happier!

They were very thorough and professional. The ladies were extremely friendly and hard working. I was very happy with the results. One of the ladies even got on her stomach in order to clean underneath my couches.

It went very well. They came in and worked hard to stay on scheduled time.

Called the day before to get information and they said they usually don't go out as far as Wentzville, but if they could get a crew together for $5.00 more an hour they would do it. They were able to come the very next day. They were very friendly and did an excellent job. They inquired about what I would like to have them do, and were able to complete the work within 3 hours. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Overall very well. They cleaned places no one else touched before, like the air vents.

I have used this service since 1993 and I have always been pleased. They are polite, hard workers and trustworthy. Normally I am not home when they clean my house and I know they will do a good job. My sisters have used cleaning services before and happened to be at my house one time when the cleaning ladies arrived. Both commented on what a good job Home Cleaning Cntrs of Amerca did. They mentioned they had never used a service that did such thorough work. Until then I had nothing with which to compare. It was nice to learn from someone else that I was receiving good services.

HCA does GREAT work. They are very detailed and thorough. They are easy to book the appointments, they are accomodating on scheduling, they are punctual, and they have a great team of cleaners. They usually send a team of three cleaners so they are fast. I have a dog and two cats and they do a great job of cleaning the pet hair. They make the bathrooms and kitchen shine and they clean tile and wood floors by hand. I hired them to do a move in cleaning when I bought my house and we didn't realize until they were there to clean that the water had been shut off by the previous owner. I went to Schnuck's and bought a bunch of gallons of water and they had to use those to clean the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors and they still did a great job. =) Before my roommate and I had the monthly plan with HCA, we tried two other cleaning companies and I did not think that they did as thorough of a job that HCA does.

I like the team very much but I just decided to tighten the budget and clean my own house now. They used to come out every 2 weeks. The cleaning was excellent and they got everything. I don’t like the owner and I was very offended by his patronizing way of calling the workers girls. That really offends me very much. I told him about it but he just laughed.

THEY ARE THOROUGH AND VERY RESPONSIVE.

THEY DO OK. THEY CALL YOU BEFORE TIME, AND THEY ARE USUALLY DONE WITHIN AN HOUR OR SO.

THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD, I DON'T KNOW IF THEY WERE WORTH THE MONEY WE PAID FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE.
