They are terrific. They are expensive. They did it all correctly, and used the right materials.he more I watched them the the more I knew to do myself because they were very helpful and very thorough. I have had other people do it and they were of no help whatsoever. Someone comes out every 3 months and when they are done I have had no more problems at all. They took care of a problem that had been gaining momentum over the years. Although the price is high, they actually got rid of the problems and used quality materials. The workers are very well trained and professional.

It's fine with them. We have used them for over four years now. They do not come in the house anymore, they do an outside job.They have put in rodent traps for an extra fee, and this was an one time needed. They will come if you see something, and I have used this once before.

They did a great job and I will continue to use them when needed.

They were very nice, they're always on time and we've been using them for a long time. We have a contract with them so they're here pretty regularly. They're efficient and punctual and always very helpful with our suggestions.

They left the bait traps out front in lawn in stead of putting back where they got them. Don't think they check all the termite traps, there are 18 they only checked 16. Have been with them since 1995 when the house was built. Over all they do a pretty good job. Had tried another company for one season, but they did not do as good as AMCO.

Really no issues; just wish it was a little less expensive.

UPDATE: After I wrote my original post, Drew from Amco Ranger contacting asking me what could be done to help gain his business back, and to apologize for the previous issues we had. At that time did need a spray, and to give them another chance, had them complete it. The service from that call and spray was fantastic, and was back to the original service we had come to expect from Amco. We have moved recently and canceled our subscription, but when we need another, we will use amco ranger again. Original Post on 8/2/2016 Started out great, ended in Disaster. When we first started using service 2 years ago service was good, while we had some issues with the front office, but the people who came out to do the service were great and explained everything. NOT ANYMORE, front office and issues with scheduling and lack of communication with new staff has assured we will never use company again. Randomly stopped our service last year without any informing, front desk when called about situation was extremely confrontational and was more determined to be right than to show any type of customer service. Canceled our service and will never use again.

When I called into their office I didn't feel like they were very friendly. Their customer service person that answered at first like she was very nice.

It was pretty routine. I am on a renewable contract. It is quite a bit of money for what I get out of it. To be quite honest, I think they contacted me to do the inspection because the contract was up.

We've used them off and on for whatever pest we've had. We've had squirrels, bees and termites once, so we call them when we need them. They were prompt and personable. They came, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and that was it. Their price is no worse than anybody else. They were fine.

I am not too happy with them. They quoted me a price, then the price went up by the time they came, and then they were trying to encourage me to pay for more which was a sales pitch. The price was much higher than they quoted, and I was charged over $300 for pretty much one treatment. The treatment didn't work and they had guaranteed that they came out within 30 days to spray again, and they came back within two weeks and then they never showed up after that. They have no professionalism, somebody snapped at me on phone for asking them to come out. They all had an attitude and I would never use them again. I would tell friends and family members not to use them.

We used AAMCO Ranger for three years. The fist two years were fine. This year was a total collapse of customer service.The rat and mouse traps were not picked up during visits and the brown recluse traps were left without replacement. We have a gated yard and AAMCO would call and tell us they were coming the next day so we could leave the gate open for them. A pattern developed where it would rin on the planned day and they did not spray. Several days later we would find a service bill on our front door. Since they could not get in the house and they could not get in the back yard, we were not pleased that1) they did not call again when it rained and 2)we were paying for a job that was not getting done. When we called the company and ended our service they asked why. We told them what was happening and they just said, "OK". Hard to believe that a loyal customer of a few years would be so dismissed. Someone in the office needs to get a wake up call.

They were professional, on time, and explained everything.

They charge about $120 a year and if I have any recurrence of termites, they will take care of them.

Beware! AMCO sold us their green star service and failed to mention that it only includes services on the exterior of the house. I had to specifically request to have them treat the inside of my home which they told us was included in the cost of their service. They repeatedly would only treat the exterior of our home and charge us the full price. When we would call to tell them they only did half the job and we would like the inside of the home done they would send a tech out and charge us the full price again. We asked them to ensure that the interior was done with each visit but that never happened. We always had to schedule another visit. This went on for two years. After hours on the phone dealing with this every few months I couldn't take it anymore.

We did a combination thing and the job went great overall. They did a good job. We were having some mice issues and they seemed to have completely taken care of that and then they come out periodically and retreat. They got us taken care of quickly and they come back. They are very friendly and they fixed the other problems that we had. They treat the house, the outside and whatever in a timely fashion and we have no problems with that. We did not really compare their pricing to anything so I am guessing that they have a pretty standard pricing.
