Description of Work: We were having trouble with brown recluse spiders and AMCO successfully controls the situation by treating our condo every three months. We very seldom see any spiders at all and we are extremely happy with the work they do and very pleased with their service tech who oversees our issues.

Description of Work: We needed an inspection of possible termite damage. Amco sent someone out the next day to confirm that is was old and there was no evidence of new termite activity. We upgraded our termite protection plan.

Description of Work: We had Amco treat for carpenter bees and the bees came back about 45 days later. Amco said guarantee, only good for 30 days.

Came early, to ensure he wasn't delayed by traffic; thoroughly answered my many questions and was a true professional. Description of Work: We signed a contract to have the house sprayed four times per year, termite protection, and mouse traps. I was disappointed to find out if that if we have bugs in between spraying times (even a short time after a spray) that we'll have to pay more.

Description of Work: Put termite Control canisters around the perimeter of the house as well as spraying outside for crawly bugs. Also set rodent traps outside at the perimeter. Checked the basement and set rodent traps inside. Used gel paks in the attic and also small dots of bait in kitchen to control infestation of sugar ants. Price includes pest management for one year and they are Green Pro certified.
