before starting,they explained what they were going to be doing,what cleaners would be used,and assured us the cleaners would not hurt our plants grass.They also assured us we would be happy with their work.When they began,we immediately could see a huge difference in our white vinyl siding and gutters-they look as good as new again !! They finished the job in about an hour

I phoned Adams for information on having them power wash my siding. They were able to schedule an appointment within 2 days of my call. The worker arrived on time and spent about an hour scrubbing, washing and rinsing the vinyl siding, deck and garage door. He was able to clean off mold and mildew that had been on the siding for several years, leaving the house looking wonderful! He even removed some sweet gum balls that were blocking part of the gutter in the front of the house. I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed, the courtesy of the technician and the company's quick response. I would not hesitate to recommend Adams to others and would use them again myself.

I was extremely pleased with their work. They did more than I asked for, and did not increase the price. My house, driveway and deck have never looked so good.

All went well. Unfortunately, it started to rain, and my patio could not be sealed. I had planned on Herb also washing my windows and did get a quote for it, interior and exterior, but when he arrived he gave me the name of a window washer. I was a little disappointed not to have the windows done at the same time.

They did a great job and responded very quickly. The job was done well and the personnel were professional. The siding and gutters looked great!

Excellent work overall. I called on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Got quote over the phone. Said he could do the work Friday or Monday. Completed the work Monday. On returning home, I found a few drippy stains on the garage door, garage wall and screened porch. Called. He came back out within days to clean those up. An incredibly proactive and pleasant guy to work with. Bonus rinsing of my stoops and patio was very nice. Only complaint would be that there was an incredibly strong smell of bleach in my kitchen when I returned home on Monday (no windows were left open, so I was perplexed). Was a bit concerned that the dogs had been exposed to that smell all day. In addition, a bleach smell throughout the house and nose irritation continued for about a week after for me. Not sure if it was residual off-gassing as it soaked into the ground around my house or if some chemical that had gone down the sewer from the downspouts was evaporating and coming up through the drains and into the house. Ran tons of water through all drains in the house to try to flush it out. But didn't work entirely. It's now rained and 10 days have passed, so, smell and irritation seem to be all gone now. Would hire again...but might ask that they either don't use the bleach solution, dilute it further or rinse everything very heavily with clear water after. Concerned, too, about what my dog who munches on mulch from around the house's foundation might be ingesting from that cleaning solution.

We've had it powerwashed in the past, and it has never looked as good as it does now. He did an excellent job!! He did a great job! He's a super person. He isn't pushy, he listens to what you have to say, so he knows what you want.

The rain slowed the process but they were there as soon as we had a couple of dry days. They worked hard and cleaned up everything. My deck is beautiful and the awning is just wonderful. I would highly recommend him.

I spoke with Herb on Saturday and by Tuesday his company had power washed my house. It looks like every surface was cleaned. The house had a lot of mold and mildew as a result of several trees close to the house. They treated the areas before washing and the entire house looks like is a 1/2 shade lighter than it was before. Herb and his team did an excellent job. Very easy to work with.

I have used them several times and each time they have done a good job. Will definitely use again.

This is the 3rd time that I've used their services. They do a wonderful job on anything they do. They are prompt and their prices are very reasonable. They give you their price before the job and stick to it. Herb Adams the owner always returns my phone calls in a very short time. They matched the color for the foundation and got the job done quickly. They do excellent work.

I found them on the internet. They came out and gave us an estimate and came two days later on a Saturday to do the work. They were very professional and even walked around the house with me to show me the work and to see if anything else needed done.

I called and left a message for Herb on Wednesday. He called back that evening and had a cancellation on Thursday, so was able to do it the very next day. The two men who did the work came at the time we set up, did the job in the time they said they would (two hours), were friendly, and did a great job. The exterior looks beautiful.

When I contacted Herb Adams (CEO/President) of the company he advised that his hard drive had just crashed in his computer system and was conducting business over the phone. Herb took the information on my house and gave me a quote over the phone. Herb told me he would be at my Monday in the afternoon. Just like clock work Herb showed up started the job. It started to rain towards the end of job, but Herb completed it in the rain. Excellent job cleaned up after the job and left me a bill. I would highly recommend this company and will hire them back. It went very well over all. Herb did what he said and got it done in good time. His brother Mike and another helper spent a long time putting the awning up, as it was a more difficult one that I had ordered. They went beyond the call of duty in running out and getting the right extension cord during a torrential downpour and secured it to the deck as final task. They showed me how they leveled it perfectly, how to use the remote and how to operate it manually. Very competent in their work.

It was very good over all. They did parts that I didn't even expect them to do and it went well. They were installing an awning that same day over my deck, so they had a lot to do and they did a great job; work fast.

Came when he said he would, was polite, performed the job neatly.

The entire experience was first rate. The crew was pleasant and energetic. They did a very thorough job and left no mess. The house looks "sparkly"!

The two-man crew, including Mike and his helper, arrived on time and performed their work swiftly and very effectively. They were polite and invited us to inspect their work when they were done. The price was very reasonable ($175 for cleaning the house and $40 for cleaning the patio). This was a special connected to the Home Show that was being held in downtown St. Louis on that weekend. I would definitely use them again.

They said they were going to use my Trex solution that I had to wash the deck. The quote for that (using my solution) was $400. The other part of the job they were going to do was seal a cedar portion of the deck, which they quoted at $600. They said they would have to cover the Trex with plastic to keep the sealant from the cedar from getting on the Trex. That is why they were charging me $600. I got a quote from another company to do all of the work for only $325. I feel they were trying to get more out of the job than what is reasonable.

Only estimated the cost for my house, however after arriving and seeing the plastic deck needed cleaning also, he cleaned without even charging, since he was already hooked up. He did an excellent job, and wouldn't let me pay until I inspected his work and was completely satisfied.

They were very pleasant when I called on the phone to set up an appointment. Employee who came today to do the work was very pleasant and did an excellent job. He would not leave until his supervisor came to inspect his work. Herb Adams was very pleasant to work with. I would use their service again and recommend them to others.

THE CREW WAS RUNNING A FEW MINUTES LATE, BUT CALLED TO LET ME KNOW IT TURNED OUT THAT THEY WERE ONLY A COUPLE OF MINUTES OFF OF THE SCHEDULED TIME. THE WORK WAS DONE TO PERFECTION, THE HOUSE LOOKS TERRIFIC, THE CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THEY EVEN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE ORIGINALLY AGREED UPON WORK (AT NO EXTRA CHARGE) TO MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS COMPLETELY DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY DID NOT CHARGE US A BUNDLE FOR HOME SERVICE, I GOT THREE OF US TOGETHER SO THEY WERE DOING THREE JOBS AT ONE ADDRESS. THEY WERE FAST FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE EACH PAID FOR THE JOB AS IF IT WERE THREE DIFFERENT JOBS. JUST DID NOT HAVE A FEE FOR COMING OUT.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. WE ASKED THEM TO COME TO ONE AREA AND WE WOULD HAVE THREE PEOPLE THAT WOULD NEED DONE. SO THEY DID NOT OVER CHARGE FOR A HOUSE CALL SO TO SPEAK. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THINGS OFF THAT WOULD NOT COME OFF WITH A REGULAR WASHING.
