Description of Work: The Lawn and Sprinkler Guys came out and assessed our sprinkler needs, and determined that we needed to redo some things, as some areas of our lawn were being missed. The installed new rain-sensitive sprinkler heads, reset the timer, and made sure that everything was working properly. We were very pleased with their work. :)

Description of Work: I wasn't pleased after the first application. I'd never seen more dandelions. I e-mailed the owner directly to get feedback and he never responded. That was disappointing. I was willing to see if hiring a professional would be more effective than doing it myself and I can't say that it is.

Description of Work: When Tony attempted to turn on the sprinkler system, he discovered that the backflush valve was broken due to improper winterization by another tech (same company) last fall. The Lawn and Sprinkler Guys warranties their work and repaired the valve at no charge. Very professional.
