Did a good job very quickly. I would have liked to see deeper core removal, but I think they may have been concerned about going too deep because of the inground irrigation system. Next time I'll ask them to go a little deeper.

I flagged the lawn sprinkler heads and other areas to avoid and they came on the day we scheduled and aerated the lawn. It was well worth it and I will use this company again for aeration and also for other services with or without a coupon. They did a great job with no hassles.

5 stars for Scott and his crew! I called for an estimate in early August and Scott came out promptly. At one point in the decision process I had a question for Scott and even though he was in bed with a serious case of the flu he returned my call and answered my questions. I had two other estimates but went with this group because of Angie's List ratings and price. They have a full calender and my system went in on Sept. 12. The 12th was a nice day to work but Mother Nature didn't cooperate on the 13th when they installed the heads and tested the system. It was pouring rain and you couldn't tell where the heads were really throwing water. After it cleared that weekend I tried the system out and found some heads were either spraying the neighbors yard or not spraying in the right place. I placed a call on Monday and on Thursday Scott came out and ran the entire system and adjusted every head that needed adjusted. He even showed me how to adjust it on my own if necessary. That was prompt enough for me since the problem areas were in the back where the grass hadn't been re-seeded. I am confident that if I had stressed the urgency i.e. new grass planted and I can't water it, Scott or one of his technicians would have been out sooner. During the install, the technicians were agile enough to make adjustments to the plan to accommodate areas where the spray heads originally estimated might not have done as good a job or where an extra head may have been needed. I love the system now but at first I had buyers remorse. When this is done to an existing lawn, it does tear it up..one worker likened it to open heart surgery on the lawn. The placement of the pipes and conduits leave a ridge (scar) where the pipe is buried and there is a lot of dirt leftover where the valve boxes go. I spent a Saturday and a Sunday walking each ridge to flatten it and I moved some dirt around. They spread some grass seed but I also reseeded on my own. I'm a little particular about my lawn. Eventually the ground would have settled on it's own, but with it being later in the planting year I wanted to get things moving along. Overall, great job!

can't refer these guys highly enough. From Debbie (contact at the office) to Mark Evan, and the rest of the guys, they were OUTSTANDING. They responded in minutes not hours, Debbie worked overtime to get me on the calendar, one of the techs even was going to come in on his vacation day to make sure I was taken care of. It was an experience I had NEVER had with a landscaping/sprinkler company. I highly reccomend them.

When I scheduled with them they said they could do the work yesterday. They called yesterday to confirm they would be coming that day, though they could not tie down an exact time. I stayed around and they never came. I called today and after a long wait on the phone, they said that they would not be able to get to me until sometime else this week. It was disturbing that they cannot give an exact day or time when they can do the work and that they never called about not being able to make it.

As the summer progressed and my lawn continued to brown, I realized my sprinkler system was not working appropriately. I contacted my then service provider for repairs, but was informed they could not schedule service for more than a week. I searched Angie's List for a lawn sprinkler service provider and "the Lawn and Sprinkler Guys" were at the top of the ratings. I contacted them and was able to schedule service for the next day. During the scheduling discussion I asked about the coupon I saw on Angie's LIst for a "$49 Lawn Sprinkler Full Inspection and Tune-up" and was told to purchase the coupon from Angie's List then call back with the code and they would apply it to my service, which I did. During the approximately 1 hour service call/tune-up, one technician found 3 zones not working correctly and estimated the control values needed to be replaced. As only 1 hour was allotted for the inspection, repairs had to be scheduled for the following week. Two men were on site 8/7 for approximately 3 hours replacing 3 control valves and 5 sprinkler heads. In addition, they reinspected the system to ensure all heads were working appropriately. The workers cleaned up the area in which they dug to replace the valves and sprinkler heads.

The technician was a bit late, but I tend to expect that in professions with service calls. He was friendly & professional. He found and fixed a leak in my system which required quite a bit of effort given the tree roots and foundation drain in his way. Every zone was tested and sprinkler heads were adjusted or replaced as needed. I thought the price was more than fair given the labor required to fix the broken pipe. Hefty markup on the heads compared to the local hardware store, but overall, it would have taken me a full day plus an hour on youtube to do the same job, so I received plenty of added value.

This company was great about adjusting the schedule while we were having our driveway paved. They have a way of drinching the line/pipe so that there no huge humps in your garden.

They responded to my call promptly, set up an appointment time and even called to see if they could arrive early to start the job. The technician looked over the problems I had and gave me his estimate of how to correct them. He was professional and courteous. After installing a new controller, the tech checked and adjusted each zone and head for coverage and spray pattern. He said that they didn't have the right tools to adjust the sprinkler heads with them, which was disappointing to me, since that was one of the primary reasons to call them to my house.

From beginning to end, the process was flawless. Jesse came out and scoped the work to be done and provided an estimate. Shortly thereafter, their office called to set up an install date. The guys that came out were so polite and professional. I had asked Jesse to do two change-orders for my work, which was to re-install another sprinkler head that I took out and to extend the new zone approx. 10feet.The work only took two hours, and you can't ever tell that they were there! Jesse never billed me for the change-orders as it only took a couple of extra minutes to do. I was so pleased, I called their office today to have them begin taking care of my business address as well! So glad to find professionals that really care about their work!

I received excellent service and would certainly hire the company for other services in the future!

Had a sprinkler zone that would not come on all the time. They replaced the solenoid, and we thought that fixed the issue, but the next day it did not start again. They came right back out and replaced the valve, which corrected the issue. Would use them again without hesitation.

I called them, setup the appointment, they came out, did the job, and left.

The person who installed it also checked the system and taught me how to use the controller. He gave me the best instructions. They were quick and professional. He had a strong accent and I told him it might be difficult for me to understand him. But, he was patient and made it so clear for me.

We couldn’t find the valve boxes in our back yard, he found two other valve boxes and it wasn’t working. He replaced the valve and the sprinkler head. I feel they could have been better. I called this group and the person on the phone asked me to call back and they said they will be here between 8 to 10 tomorrow. They were not here till almost noon and didn’t call also. If he was going to be tied up, he should have called me and told as I cancelled another appointment which was at 9 o’clock. They were nice. The guys did amazing work and I thought the charges were pretty reasonable for what they did.

Joe will be coming back to install a new pressure valve and another valve. He has been able to re-vive a 15 year-old sprinkler system!

The whole experience was excellent. They came on time. Because there were some problems which would take extra time to repair, they had to come back on the weekend to make the repairs. They were there when they said they would be there, and they finished the job promptly and professionally. The sprinkler efficiency has improved significantly since their corrections were made.

The work performed was excellent. My only complaint would be responsiveness. Got a call back quickly but the person who was to come and give me my estimate was late, didn't call. then the estimate didn't get emailed, or was lost in cyber space????? Asked to have a description left of what was on which circuit and didn't get that. Overall work was excellent though.

The previous owner of our house installed a sprinkler system himself and it is subpar to say the least. I had Lawn and Sprinkler Guys come out to evaluate the system and make/suggest changes that could be made with the current system in place. They arrived right on time and actually had to wait on me to get home due to me running late at work. When I arrived I told him that my front yard sprinklers had not been working. Immediately, he located a spot in my yard where the underground pipe had ruptured. After fixing the broken pipe and adjusting a few heads, I was good to go. If/when I decide to install a proper sprinkler system, I will definitely use these guys again.

The crew showed up on time, and just went to work. There was very little "head scratching" or time lost. The men in the crew were all polite and helpful. The foreman "Red", was very knowledgable and did not get "upset"when I kept asking questions. Bottom line was that the installation took two days (as was estimated) and works perfectly. The company does say that when they leave it will as if they were never there, and that is a little bit of a stretch. There are "lines" of dead grass where the trenching machine operated. I did call the owner and he came right out to look it over (next day, and was right on time). He assured me that everything was normal, and that because of the heat the grass was not going to grow. He further said that after the heat calmed down and the weather was better they would come back and replant the grass over the trenching lanes. Overall, I have no complaints. The crew left the property clean. The owner was very responsive to my call. "Red" is the hardest working fellow I have done business with in memory. Best of all, the system works perfectly!

I ordered the lawn system tune up and inspection online then called to make an appointment. They had an appointment available a few days after I called. Jesse arrived on time and was friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He adjusted each individual sprinkler head and replaced and adjusted three leaky/malfunctioning sprinkler heads and answered all of my questions. I'm very satisfied with the work that was performed, the technician, and the company.

Met with company owner. Owner very knowledgable and price was comparable. Difficult decision but went with another company.
