Three guys with three machines came and completed the job very quickly

Met expectations and appreciated system suggestions.

As mentioned above the appointment was punctual courteous and professional.

Joe showed up for initial appointment right on time. He was there to inspect the sprinkler system, which I inherited with a purchased of a 10-year old home. I had never had a sprinkler system before. Joe went through the zones, checking all the sprinkler heads and spray patterns/zones. He flagged a few of them as they were needing obvious replacement, especially a couple of them spewing water into the gutter. He gave me an estimate on the repair and we setup a future appointment, of which he returned for just a few days later. Joe was professional and very knowledgeable about the system I had and others he did some comparisons to after I asked about them. He replaced all of the heads and even moved one for me as I had started a landscape project on the side of my house and the sprinkler was in the middle of it. I didn't even know you could move them! Overall, I learned a lot about my system and Joe was able to replace heads and set the spray patterns with them to get the maximum coverage on the lawn. I ended up using the company for verticutting and seeding later.

I had an okay experience. The weather didn't cooperate too well. I wasn't able to water the lawn everyday as they suggested, due to the weather. The ground was very hard because of the heat wave. I would have suggested that they have called me and informed me why the job turned out the way it did, whether that be because of the weather or any other circumstances.

I paid $50 for a comprehensive analysis and tune-up of my irrigation system and the cost of getting it up and operating efficiently. When the company representative came by and found out that the main valve leaked, he told me, "it would be time and material and could be expensive" - and left. I wasted $50.

We needed to reschedule and they were completely accommodative. They performed the service just as we expected.

I called them and set up an appointmnt. On that day, they called 1 hr. before the appointment time to tell me they would be 15 late. A courtesy that I like. They arrived, tested the system, pointed out the problems, gave me an estimate, I accepted and they did the work to my satisfaction.

They did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again

They came out and did their job. They did what they said they would do. The seed did not take as much as we would have liked but our yard was pretty bad from the drought.

I had a good experience while trying to work with him, but I ended up not using the coupon.

They seemed to do fine. It was a fairly large property so I was a little bit shocked on the price but I'm sure it was fair. I am just not used to dealing with those kinds of numbers. They seemed to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It was all positive. They came on time.

Somewhat poorly. The original appointment was for Sept. 11th. The service man arrived on time, dug up the area with the broken pipe and said he didn't have the right pipe size with him (1/2") to fix it so would have to come back. He dug up the valve what wasn't working and said he didn't have the right pipe size to replace it either and would have to come back. I said I would buy the pipe at the local hardware store which is 1/2 mile away, but he wouldn't do that. He couldn't get back until the next week even though I asked him to make it sooner so I could get my fall seeding/fertilizing done. He returned on Sept. 18th and was earlier than he said he would be. He had already repaired the broken line and replaced a head (which I didn't authorize) by the time I got home. He then went to work on the valve and broke the pipe removing the old valve and even broke the adjacent pipe to another zone. He again didn't have the right materials and had to go get the right pipe size (which took him over an hour). When he returned he finished the installation and repairs and it worked fine. I was somewhat unhappy with the cost of materials since his charge for the new heads was over 4 times the cost of the heads at the local hardware store and the cost of the new valve was 2 times the cost of the valve at the hardware store. Also, when I asked about the credit for the coupon I'd purchased he said that just covered his time for the first trip, even though he didn't really check out the entire system. Consequently I will not use this firm again and will not recommend it to my friends.

During an inspection of my irrigation system it was found that my PVB valve would need to be replaced as it was leaking. I asked how much that would be, and it was stated to be $150. When they came back out to do the work, after one trip out without parts...miscommunication from office staff and the tech, they did come and replace the PVB valve and finish the system inspection. However when I was given the final bill, it was for over double what the tech had first quoted me. On the itemized bill the PVB valve was indeed $150, but there there were many other charges for various pipe fittings, connections and labor on top of that. I am not sure about others, but when I ask for a quote on something I am wanting to know what the total cost to me will be to fix something, not the part alone. Take away....get all quotes in writing from this company. Update - The PVB valve and PVC piping broke this past winter, and not wanting to get ripped off again, I replaced it all myself. Super easy and super cheep. The replacement bonnet for the PVB valve is $35! Even if I bought an entire new valve assembly it would only cost $75. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Some parts of the lawn were pre-watered better than others, so the holes from the aerating were deeper and more effective in some parts of the lawn than others. I blame that on lack of communication. Like I said, I had never had this done before, but I was expecting my lawn to more or less be torn up with holes like other lawns that I have driven by and seen that were aerated. What they did was a quick once over. the holes were far apart, i'd say about 5" in all directions. While seeding today I noticed several large areas that were completely missed, including not getting within 2 feet of the fence in the back yard, which really needed it. Considering those things and the unspecific appointment time. I have to give this experience a C at best. I would have been glad to pay $50.00 or even $75.00 more for a more all around professional job. I had to get our the heavy rake and put in a couple hourse of back labor, which is what I was trying to avoid when I called them

Technician was early and called to let me know he was coming. The tech, Joe, was friendly, personable, and knowledgable. Tech moved a sprinkler head and installed some other new parts. There was no over charging on parts or labor and he was able to fix what another company couldn't fix. I'm now going to have them come out and do some more yard work for me based on my experience today. Definitely give them a call.

It has gone really well thus far - if that grass comes up that will be perfect! Overall, they were really good. We would hire them again.

The price was very reasonable and the work was well done. I have previously had Devin out to evaluate the sprinkler system and repair some sprinkler heads too. He provides a variety of lawn services and does a great job!

Our sprinkler system needed new diaphrams on the valves throughout the yard, as well as silenoids replaced. Since we had not run the system for over 2 years, we were really not hopefully that it could even be fixed or it would be too cost prohibitive. Jessie came to repair the system, and in 3 hours he had is up and running great for less than $450!! We are so greatful for their quick response time, and for such a fair price for labor and repairs. Thank you Lawn & Sprinkler Guys!!

Everything was as expected except a small strip of lawn next to the sidewalk was missed altogether. Everything was exactly as promised and expected. Overall, I was satisfied.

They initiated contact to schedule the service, showed up as scheduled and did the work as described in the Angie offer. Very satisfied!

This service call went very well. My wife was impressed and comfortable dealing with these guys while i wasn't there.
