This company excels in all aspects of their business. We had already scheduled the sprinkler winterization service at their regular price, but when the Angie's List deal became available they honored it immediately. Absolutely the best!

They called very quickly to set up an appointment, showed up on schedule and performed the work on time.

Purchased an Angie's list winterization special due to long lead time for usual provider. Quickly responded and provided good service.

Service was great. Arrived on time and was very polite. We did try to schedule some other work and it was never performed. may or may not try again. Sprinkler winterization was great though

I bought an Angie's List deal for sprinkler winterization. They called the next day to set up my appointment. Unfortunately, the day they came was very cold and our line was frozen so the service was not able to be performed. They called the following day to set up another appointment to try again. They give a 2-hour window, then called about a half hour before they would arrive. Very professional and performed the services in a timely manner. Would use again.

I was very impressed with the young man's professionalism. He explained exactly what he was going to do, did it and made sure that I was happy with the service. I will definitely be using them again in the future._x000D

They were punctual and showed up on the appropriate date. They did have issues in getting the system fully flushed of water. In their defense, they did call me and talk to me about the issue they were encountering. I have never had an issue with the sprinkler system before, so I am not sure it was because of the actual system or their inability to problem solve or work with that particular system- that's why I gave them a fair "C" grade. Based on working with another company that is very familiar with that system; I probably wouldn't use them for this particular function again. They WERE polite and courteous to my wife and respected my property; so I may use them for other tasks; but for this particular function and with my system, I'd probably use another company.

I will definitely call them next year.

Annual winterization of the sprinkler system. The scheduler called within 24 hours of the online purchase. Serviceman showed up within the scheduled window, cleared the water lines, and set the system for the winter. Great job once again! My go-to guys for lawn and sprinkler work.

The Lawn and Sprinkler Guys came to do a sprinkler system pre-season check/tune-up, which we purchased on a special through Angie's list. Our technician was very thorough in documenting our sprinkler problems/issues and walking me through them and we later scheduled service to actually repair/replace the problems that the tech had found. Although I found the price of the tune-up high, since there was no actual work done at all, I found the company and the service that they completed to be top notch and I did use them later on in the spring to make the actual repairs.

Very professional and patient with my following him around, asking him questions as he was trying to do his job. I even asked him for a copy of his notes of the different zones and was allowed to make one. I highly recommend "The Lawn and Sprinkler Guys," based on my experience.

Used the Angie's List Big Deal for a $45 winterization of our sprinkler system. Technician arrived on time and had the entire job done in about 30 minutes. No complaints.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They were on time and did not take longer than they estimated so they gave me a good estimate of the amount of time it would take to do the work. They pointed out a number of things I need to watch for in the spring and seemed to know what they were doing.

The service tech came on time. He blew out our sprinklers and checked to see if everything was good. Also, he answered all my husbands questions. We would use them again.

I have used them in the past and will continue to use them. They do a great job. We had some scheduling issues this time. We had an appointment scheduled and they were supposed to be out between 3 and 5. At 5:15 we had not heard from them and needed to leave. I tried calling the office but they were closed. We assumed there was a scheduling error. After talking to someone in the office the following day, I was informed that someone did come to the house at 5:30. Had I known they were running behind I could have made arrangements for someone to stay. It would be helpful if they would call when they are running that far behind. They completed the service the following week without any problems.

It worked out just fine. They were on time and efficient. They closed the system down appropriately. They also did the job on the schedule that we agreed upon.

They arrived earlier than I expected. They called me to schedule the work to be done after I had purchased the deal. They were able to come out on a Saturday, which I appreciated. Two technicians came out to do the work and it took about 45 minutes to complete. I am satisfied with their work

I hadn't used the Lawn and Sprinkler Guys before, but they had a great e-deal, and our regular company would not match it. They came within the time window they had given us, and still apologized because they were at the later end of it. Got the job done without any problems. Would definitely use again if the price remains competitive.

Scheduling for the work was easy. The technician did not have the right tool so had to go to HD to buy one. The work was done in about an hour, well done.
