The guy was prompt, friendly, and appeared knowledgeable.

The technician showed up on time and got to work quickly. He noticed a couple of heads needed replacing and changed them out quickly and for a fair price.

Came on time, work done properly.

They even came earlier than scheduled (and worked in the rain) since the weather forcast called for freezing temps.

Technician couldn't get the system de-watered due to an issue with a valve. Came back later in the day and completed the work, which was good. Very professional. I had to have some other yard work done later in the winter by another company which required blowing the lines out - found out that there was still water in the lines and it had not been done properly/completely in the fall. Would I hire this company for a future job? Yes, to put in new equipment; based on interaction with technician.

They came out to talk with us as scheduled and were seemingly very professional but getting them to come back was difficult. They finally did the work we had purchased, but we also asked them to give us a plan and an estimate for some landscape refurbishing. We spent over an hour with their landscape team, we were promised a plan, but never heard another thing from them. No dollars were lost, but we were very discouraged by their lack of response, and we will not use them again.

The tune up went very well. It was a little more expensive than I thought due to some additional work that needed done.
