Arrived promptly and was very pleasant. Made sure that everything was in working order and properly maintained. Tested the sprinkler before leaving to make sure everything was correct. Was extremely helpful.

The service went well. I contacted them to close my sprinkler system at the end of the season. They wanted to replace broken sprinkler heads and do some other work and they wanted to charge extra for closing down the system when they initially told me I wouldn't be charged for the closing. I ended up not using them to close the system due to the extra fees.

Arrived on time. Multiple services were on my property at the same time and Nat worked around them, which was greatly appreciated. A line was cut by the fence installation crew. Nat found and repaired the issue while on site, wrote up a separate invoice, which I paid and then presented to the fence installation company for reimbursement. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. In addition, Nat estimated additional work which I will schedule.

Technician arrived and was very courteous and professional. His name was Darren Hunt and it was his 3rd day with this company. My wife was totally impressed with his service. We bought this house last August 2013 and moved in in October. Did not know if sprinkler was in good shape or not. Darren turned on system, checked all 8 zones, made some minor adjustments, set up timer, explained how system was programmed, and told us we had a perfectly functioning system. He even buried some exposed cables in yard. Not sure what they were to. Darren also said to be sure and call them back out by November so system could be closed properly before freezing weather. Will definitely use again.

Nothing really stood out, they did a good job but it wasn't stellar. They are honest and they did a good job. They didn't go beyond that bit.

They turned on the system and tuned and adjusted every head. Because the system is older I had 5 heads that were leaking and a major underground pipe that had burst because of tree roots. They showed up on time and I was very happy with their work. The serviceman was friendly, respectful, and shared his ideas and thoughts with me. I would highly recommend them and I also will use them again.

Originally I was not pleased with this "Big Deal" as I was informed after the quote for repairs there would be a $70.00 per hour fee for anything over 45 minutes. This fact was not in the ad or print out. At that point the system was on so I had to proceed with the repairs. Had I known this I would have called several companies for quotes. I was impressed that the company quickly responded to my call of water backing up into the basement and they came back out on Saturday morning to adjust the system. At that time Scott took the time to show me how to schedule the sprinklers and said he would adjust the labor fee from the original visit. How companies respond to problems often tells more about the company than the routine service. Because of the companies response I will use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List deal to have my sprinkler system winterized. The appointment was scheduled promptly, the representative was on time, and the job was completed in a satisfactory manner. I have just had the sprinkler system turned on for spring and there were no issues. I would use this company again.

As usual I wouldn't use any other company to service my sprinklers. This time though, the employee seemed a little rushed to get done. He didn't do bad work, just didn't have the usual attention to detail. I do know that if I was to contact the company, they would do anything to correct it if it was a major issue.

They did a great job. There were some issues with the system, it's a home we had recently purchased and didn't know where the backflow preventer was located. Turns out we didn't have one, which made the process of blowing out the system more difficult for Scott and his team. They had to bring in a larger compressor, which took time but resulted in no extra charge. They gave me some great advice and were timely and professional.

The first treatment was done last Friday, and 2 more will follow later in the season. They were pleasant to work with in scheduling dates. Hoping my lawn shows results!

It worked out fine and we are going to use them again this spring. The technicians were good and we had no problems. They got the job done pretty quickly. We had no problems with scheduling and everything was good.

I am very please with the experience I had with this company. I have been taking care of my system on my own but getting tired of trying to keep up on it. Looks like I have a new company to call when I need help with the system.

First lawn treatment was conducted two weeks later. Office manager and owner have continued to be responsive to my inquiries about the sprinkler system. I don't have experience in KC area to comment on price or quality but overall very pleased with level of service and knowledge so far.

Scott was helpful and answered all my questions. They called the day before the application.

Provided a first round of three treatments. Every part of the process has gone through very professionally and smoothly from initial contact, first visit, coordination of services and billing. I would recommend them and use them again. Very reliable.

There were no troubles with scheduling and they have been no additional fees. Typically, they put down granules with the first treatment. However, when they completed the treatment, they blew all of the granules that had gotten onto the sidewalk and driveways back into the yard. That impressed me and I have never seen any other company do that before. The price for the treatment is less than TruGreen’s regular lawn treatment rate. The technician was also very polite.

There were no troubles with scheduling. There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. I like them and they were very professional! They arrived when they said that they would. I would recommend them others and I would use their services again.
