He did a good job. At first he missed a broken spray head, but he fixed it after I pointed it out. It was raining heavily, so he came back fixing it after the weather is clear.I appreciate that!

They were fabulous. They did a really good job. They verified that it was working. He was very experienced and reset the control box. I have no dislikes. I would use them again.

My service was performed by Nat and he did a great job. this is a great company and provides superior service.

Purchased deal. waited over a month to have system turned on. Finally showed up last Friday. Turned water on and I heard it running and running. Technician informed me that my pipe must have burst and the water was shooting out my siding and down in my finished basement! He then proceeded to tell me it would be a week before he could fit me in for repair, and left!! A week later the water has been mopped up, the carpet blowers and dehumidifiers have dried it out, (no thanks to the Lawn and Sprinkler Guys,) but I still have no sprinkler system. No show, no call today. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

It turned out just fine. They came out an explained everything they came out on time and we bought a service for them for a year. I spent about $280 total.

That turned out very well. They came on time and did what they said they were going to do. Just one employee came out and he was a very nice guy.

I misunderstood what I was getting. At some time I realized it would not include the backflow test. It was just a general sprinkler check to get it turned on and make sure there were no leaks. I asked ahead of time if they offered the backflow test and did repairs. Man who came out was very polite. When he wrote out the bill, and I know he is not responsible for the prices, the price for the backflow test was 100% more than other companies charged for the test. I did have some repairs also. The quality of the work and the gentleman who came out, I didn't have any problems with. My only issue was that I felt the additional work I had done was over charged.

The company contacted me and said they weren't able to do the work in the time frame that I needed it done.

They were prompt and they came on time. They did extra items that I asked about for no additional charge. He was very professional and I will use them again in the fall to shut down the system. He checked each sprinkler head and he checked to make sure all 10 zones were positioned and working properly. This was zones for grass and gardens both.

Technician came out an winterized system. No problems throughout the winter, but we will find out how well they did, as they will be doing a "sprinkler system tune up" this week. Update to follow..

It went great. Scott was very helpful during the sales process. The installation crew installed the entire system in one day. They were helpful and did a fantastic job.

Their service went very well. The gentleman that came out to turn it on did a great job, but he was a little bit rushed. The sprinkler heads are not quite shooting in the right direction by spraying all over the deck instead of hitting the grass. So, I do not really know if that was even included in the Deal or if the deal was just literally to turn on the sprinklers and make sure that they were working. He did replace one of the heads that was cracked at a minimal charge and that was good. I may be calling them back out to adjust the trajectory of the sprinkler heads. They came out within a week after I purchased the Big Deal. It was pretty quick. There was an additional charge of like twenty-some or $30 for the replacement of the sprinkler head that was cracked. They are prompt, very quick, easy to get you on the calendar quickly, easy to work with your schedule, and know exactly what they are doing. At no time did he indicate he did not know what was going on.

I've only had 2 of the 6 steps done so far. Initially, the person that came out to talk to me was the owner, and he was very professional. He answered my questions well. His office staff has been responsive and called me back when I had questions. We had some rain which put off the 2nd application, but when they came, the tech was professional, knocked at the door, and did a thorough job.

The repair part that they put was not completely sealed at the inner end. A guy from the basement waterproofing company pointed out that issue and I called the company and they send the repairman. He just glanced the outer end and didn't test any leaking issue. Months later, I got water damage and tested that area with some person from a basement waterproofing company. It was leaking! I called them again but they didn't apologize and scheduled a technician visit only at their convenience. I don't think that this attitude is so professional.

They were patient in teaching us how to use the system. We could have had it done cheaper.

Called to make an appointment. The owner, Scott, came out at the appointed time to discuss the lawn irrigation system that his company would provide. He was very helpful in answering our questions and very detailed in providing the various types of water heads and coverage that we would need for our lawn. Scott's price was very competive and included everything we would need to include a water sensor gauge. We agreed on price and set a date for installation. The work crew arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. They worked hard and long to complete the job. When they couldn't complete the job in one day, as they had hoped, they were back bright and early the second day. They paid close attention to detail and we appreciated their taking the extra time to ensure the work was done right the first time. The owner, Scott, stopped by the second day and stayed to make sure all was done properly. We are very pleased with our new irrigation system and we know that Scott is only a phone call away if we should need anything.

This was an Angie's List special to open up and check sprinkler system. Technician arrived on time. Snow plow had knocked 2 sprinkler heads out of adjustment, which he adjusted. I definitely will use this company again as they were punctual, friendly, Knowledgeable, and reasonable.

I had no knowledge of an additional cost of $105 when it went past an hour. That was a shock. I called them just to turn on the sprinkler system and give me their professional opinion of my coverage and let me know what that cost would be. Every little part the did cost me. Buyer beware. I thought an hourly charge was way to much.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and they did a good fine job. They came when they said they would. It didn’t cost me anything more than the big deal amount. I would recommend them and also use them again in the future.

They were terrific. We purchased the $59 maintenance package and it cost us $42 additional to replace two sprinkler heads. They contacted us right away after we purchased the deal. They could have come sooner had our schedules permitted. The team was terrific. They had us fixed up in a jiffy.

I bought the Big Deal as was contacted same day. They came out the next day to measure the lawn and discuss our goals. Two weeks later they did the first treatment, we were not home, but could tell they had been there. I received an email telling me exactly what they did and what was applied. They will be out again this week to do another application. I have emailed them with a couple of questions and they have been very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this company and will use them in he future.
