Ok. provider missed a pinhole leak in main line that had to be fixed.

The company representative came out to review the property. He was thorough and we worked out where the fertilizer should be applied since my yard exceeded the square footage on the coupon. At my request, the company provided a soil test for an additional charge; this was not covered by the Big Deal coupon.

The man who did the application arrived when he said he would. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The people at the office were there when I called and were nice and professional and knew what I needed. I have the prettiest yard on my street.

It has been good. The scheduling was good and they come out and do the treatments on their own schedules.

I was very pleased with the service I received from The Lawn and Sprinkler Guys. They did a thorough job of fixing the problems that I was having with my sprinkler system, and the cost was much less than I expected it to be. I would definitely use them again.

Friendly staff. Some heads that needed to be adjusted didn't get adjusted.

First I want to give props to Scott. This man represents everything that makes America the greatest country on earth! I'm super proud of him and his attitude which is reflected in the way he runs his business. Scott is unrelenting at quality service. He goes SO far out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied. And let me tell you, my yard was no easy task. My back yard has a down slope that isn't super steep, but enough to make the job a tough one. Lots of rock and odd stuff buried under the turf further complicated things. Now my lawn looks better than ever. I don't have to try to water my complicated law by hand any more. So glad I made the decision first to install a sprinkler system; and second that I found the Lawn and Sprinkler Guys on Angie's list.

Great. He repaired all the leaks, wrote down the details for me, and volunteered to talk with the landscape company if I needed.

The service has been good. It was easy, they called beforehand to let me know were coming and left notes for me.

They were terrible. When they came here my mom was here by herself. The guys were really scary looking. They had old ragged clothes and holey jeans. They hadn't shaved in weeks. She was afraid to open the door. She was very scared. She is 84 years old. She was very worried about that. We told them that when they came here and did what they needed to do they needed to send the information to the city to let them know that they either turned on or turned off the system. We are now getting fined by the city because they didn't do their due dilligence and we are not paying the bill because they should have done this by sending their paperwork into the city like they were told to do. Also, when they came here, my mom tryed to give them the coupon and they said they didn't need it. Then we were billed for the full amount. When I called in to say I wasn't paying it because I had an Angie's list coupon the secretary gave me the runaround for awhile and made it difficult to get the advertised price. We finally got the right price but it took way too much work. They were on time, but that is the only positive quality of the company or the workers. Lady tried to give excuses for the workers attire, but they scared my mom to death. She was very terrified and my husband had to come home from work to be with my mom because she was scared.

The price TLSG quoted me for all applications plus sprinkler work was about 25% less than my previous provider, with whom I'd worked about 8 years. They always call the day before they plan to complete an application and after the service is done, I receive an email summary of what work was done, the anticipated effects, etc. My lawn looks terrific and I'm really glad I made the decision to move the business to TLSG.

The service went okay. They called before they got here and I got the recording they'd already been here. The last time, they didn't even call so I'm not really too pleased about that. I'm happy with the price.

Wonderful service. He checked everything and made some adjustments where the sprinkler was more adequately spraying in the right areas.

Very quick at returning call for estimate. We had 3 different estimates. We did have a delay with installation, but, they were professional and efficient.

Matt called before appointment and asked to come early. He checked the entire system, inside plumbing, back flow regulator and each head. Noted the back flow had a leak but I had already ordered replacement parts. Two heads I thought we broken, he got to work. Replaced two defective heads, one not turning and one leaking. Also replaced the flow nozzles on four heads to improve flow. Assured me that the volume of water for our yard was very good. We want to add a system to our back garden and he suggested a soaker system, explained how it could be done and provided an estimate on the spot including a suggested start time. Matt was very professional and efficient. I would defiantly use them again. Only issue is they had the original appointment date wrong, someone came when we were not home. But they quickly rescheduled.

Checked all the zones, adjusted them as needed, recommended watering times for each zone and repaired a line leak. Would highly recommend!

It went well. The technician was on time and performed the service quickly and professionally. I have never had a sprinkler and he explained how my sprinkler system works and drew a map of all of the zones.

I was expecting a sprinkler tune-up as stated in the Angie's special offer (adjust sprinkler heads and timer). The technician said it was a sprinkler check. I had to remind him to adjust the head that was spraying into the street. So I am not sure any of my heads were really adjusted. We did not talk about the settings I should have on my system for proper grass watering. It seemed more like a quick check and a sales pitch to sell new sprinkler heads to save water. I would rather have paid a little more and received a true sprinkler tune-up.

Lawn & Sprinkler Guys are very reliable. We've used them for sprinkler turn on and off each season - and even at their regular price (opposed to Angie's list deal), I would still use their services. Always punctual, do a great job, are thorough and friendly. Highly recommended.

I had never owned a house with a sprinkler system before, but we moved into a house last December that had one. I checked Angie's List for a recommendation and found that The Lawn and Sprinkler Guys were highly recommended so I engaged them to perform the mandatory back flow test. Darren did such a great job with that task, that I decided to hire them to perform a general servicing of the system, as well as to explain it to me. Scott came out and did a tremendous job; getting my system up and running, doing some basic adjustments, and explaining the system to me so I could understand it. Both of these guys were very punctual, professional, and proficient and I will definitely engage them in the future to take care of my sprinkler needs.
