It was a simple job. Rob arrived and fixed it quickly and correctly.

I was locked out of my computer. Rob arrived on schedule, and when it was apparent my computer needed time to process his fix, he left so I would not have to pay him to just sit there. He checked in twice while he was gone, so I never felt abandoned. He really knows what he is doing, and his prices are quite reasonable. His work is worth every penny. I highly recommend him.

Had a difficult job to run a cable line to a different wall. There was little access due to air ducts, and a finished lower level. Rob thought he could run it, but after carefully measuring, decided he couldn't get to the right spot. I appreciate his honesty, and no damage was done. He then suggested options of a wireless system, or just cutting the cord using Roku and Hulu. He didn't want to charge since he couldn't complete the job, but I insisted on paying him something for his time.

I needed a whole new computer plus data retrieval. Rob did all that and more. He was able to do my project in a timely manner as well. He is very patient with questions and took the time to explain some of the different programs. I would highly recommend him for any computer work.

I have a 2018 apple iMac21" and it was not working properly... it was not allowing Safari to look up web sites after 5 minutes. Rob came over to my home, and reviewed, with me, what I was experiencing. Robert Williams briefly outlined his plan to get my iMac up and running again, and I agreed for him to take my iMac to his bench. He was able to resolve all issues on the iMac, keeping me in the loop as to what he was doing, including finding 6 viruses, and returned my iMac21" to me in perfect running order. I would highly recommend Robert Williams for troubleshooting any computer, (whether PC or MAC), related issues, repairs, and upgrading. In addition, Robert Williams, advised me on measures I could perform to keep my mac safe. Robert Williams, is very personable, and won't let you down.

Designed and is building a new system for me. He made very knowledgable suggestions and he was spot on! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a computer fix or an all-new computer build. He's fast, reliable, and not as expensive as I thought!

Good experience, would use them again

I use the computer for my business and I was having problems with a particular program I needed. Rob was very thorough in discussing my needs and then recomended what would solve my problem and give me more security. He worked over the weekend to complete the job so I would be ready to trade on Sunday night. Very friendly and wants you to understand what he did, why he did it and that you have a better understanding on any problems you had in the past and how to better address them in the future.
