Description of Work: They did a great job with this second cleaning. Wall 2 Wall is now my regular cleaning service. Very professional, friendly, and thorough.

Description of Work: They sent me an estimate for some outside work which seemed very reasonable. I called to award the job; we set date and time; they called back and cancelled and set a new date; again called and cancelled; they said it would be several weeks before they could do work; I told them to forget about it and that they had just delayed my work for several weeks.

Description of Work: I had all the windows cleaned in my house (just the outside) and the windowsills wiped clean. The screens were also cleaned. I have had Wall 2 Wall clean the windows twice and the first time I was amazed at how clean the windows were as they hadn't been cleaned in years. I will have them out annually to maintain the windows. I have a two story house with a walk out basement so some of the windows are difficult to get to. The first time it took a little while to set the appointment up because you have to count the windows in each room etc. but then then you are set for future appointments. I had 26 windows cleaned and the gutters cleaned. Wall 2 Wall came out when they said they would, they cleaned up everything and did a good job.

Description of Work: We had them power spray the outside of our house (siding) due to mold growth. They did a nice job but there was some type of silly string stuck to the house in a couple of places and it never came off. I their defense, I never called them back to let them know. Otherwise, they did a nice job.Honestly, not sure what the time frame was when we used them.

Description of Work: They cleaned all windows in our home. They also have a rain guarantee. I did leave a voice message to have them touch up a couple windows and did not hear back from them. They did a terrific job though and would definitely recommend them. I also wanted to try their maid service but the do not come out to the Wright City area.

Description of Work: Cleaned floors and carpets--dusting--inside windows--Bathrooms -- stripped and made beds, and did it consistently well. Also used outside window cleaning annually and they did a great job.

Description of Work: Were very expensive, shorted me the alotted time even though I talked to Amber, the owner, on numerous occasions (she did refund my money). Did a horrible job cleaning (never moved the toaster in 4 cleans and crumbs there!) and several of the girls sent (usually someone new each time) seemed like they didn't know what to do. In their defense, my house is quite large. Just didn't work out.
