Hi, we were called out for a sump pump that wasn't functioning properly. Upon arrival my plumber did an inspection and found at the time of inspection the sump pump was working properly. We left a bid for a new sump pump. When you called back we sent another plumber out immediately. Upon his inspection the pump was once again functioning at the time of this inspection. My plumber said he could replace your pump. You then again, declined. As soon as you called in you started asking for insurance and placing blame when it was not our fault as we had offered twice to replace it. Also not any plumber can predict how long something is going to last. You spoke with our office manager, who was listening and being patient with you. Never refused you to speak to the owner. She stated he was not in at this time. At that time you also started getting hostile with Crystal the manager, accusing her of saying things she didn't say. Also started yelling and name calling where we had no other choice but to disconnect the call as we will not let any employee take abuse like that from a customer. You have not called back since. You have only tried to tarnish a family owned business who always goes above and beyond for our customers.Service Provider Response

I am very confused about this review. We didn't do any service for you. We replied via Angie's list. Also, all of our customer service representatives are always polite and friendly. We do have a standard service fee to come out. Most companies in the industry do. I feel this is an unfair review. We would appreciate if you would remove or re-do your review. [Member Name Removed], we didn't know we would need a camera when we came out. No one would have known until we got out for the diagnosis. Then we scheduled [Member Name Removed] to come out and it iced, snowed or rained every time we tried to get out there. [Member Name Removed] has to get on your roof to completed the inspection. It is unsafe to get on a roof in those conditions. We feel we have been very professional. We updated you each time and we care about our employees safety.
