It has been great!!! They've been cleaning our home for years and we've never been disappointed!!! They do an awesome job!

I didn't feel they were spending enough time. Every time they came it seemed a shorter amount of time.

Staff very undependable/late/no show. When they did show always in a hurry and several items were broken

Great! No complaints. If something isn't to my satisfaction, they will come back to fix it.

I think once out of 6 months was EVERYTHING actually cleaned. I told them I was dissatisfied and they always offered to come out and clean again. The privilege of having a cleaning service is so that the client doesn't have to THINK or DO anything...it just gets cleaned! I was disappointed month after month and had to either live without (i.e. our bathtubs weren't cleaned) but still pay the bill or take TIME and call them to complain.

The owners of the company investigated the situation knew that a worker had used a bad product that caused the issue, they worked with the glass company to have new glass installed. Looks like new again, can take showers now without my blood pressure rising. Thank You.

The first time they came to the house they left before my paid time was up so I called and asked when I was going to get the time owed to me? They agreed to send 2 girls out and I wish they never had. We had windows cleaned recently and had to raise blinds in the bathroom letting the sun shine in and when the sun hit my glass doors in the shower we noticed my shower glass has scratches all over it. looks like they cleaned with a ring on and scratched all the glass that was touched. My husband and I are just sick to our stomachs over it since this steam shower was just installed not long ago. Warning to any home owner do it yourself because these people coming into your home have no respect and could care less about your nice things. Pictures attached.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Office didn't come out for a "free estimate" as the website claims. Office gave quote and said the price could change upon initial visit. The cleaning team was 2 hours late for first visit and I had to call twice to track them down. The first visit was supposed to be a "first time, thorough clean" to ensure that regular cleanings start off on the right foot. The team of 2 were at my home for 2 hours (not near enough time for 3 floors and 3700 sq ft of living space). I didn't question their cleaning after the first visit because they said they had to leave because they were at the end of their day and had to go. After a good look around I was very disappointed in the cleaning. Floors were not swept of vacuumed behind doors, behind toilets and freestanding tub were not swept or mopped, wooden window blinds or window ledges were not dusted at all, carpet was not vacuumed behind the couch that is pulled away from the wall. 1 toy and 1 sock in the living room were not picked up off the floor and 1 hanger was left on the floor in a bedroom while vacuuming. I immediately called the office to ask a few questions and clarify the standards. They sent out an office staff to check the cleaning teams work the following day and agreed with assessment of the terrible cleaning standards. The same cleaning team was sent back out 2 days later for a reclean, and I was credited $50. The cleaning team was difficult and argumentative about what was and was not cleaned or what is part of the standard cleaning process. I was disappointed with their attitudes. Their second time out to spot clean was just as disappointing as the first visit. I was very understanding from the 2 hours late on the first visit, to the 2 hour rushed first cleaning and their broken vacuum. But in the end the office staff can only do so much to keep the customer happy. The cleaning team has to keep up the reputation of the company and this was one time they didn't do as good as the company claims to be. Be cautious about hiring them for your home cleaning and don't accept less.

I was to get 4 hours of cleaning or so many girls for so many hours. They changed the appointment to an earlier time, 3 girls showed up one Pregnant and slow, I asked that they only clean 2 full bathrooms, dust everything, and clean my baseboards. The bathrooms looked ok but I really was not satisfied with the cleaning of the baseboards or dusting still have cobwebs. They only worked for an hour and 15 minutes, feel like I still should have some time left but have not had the chance to call the company to schedule something. If they do not give me further service for the money I paid I feel like it was totally not worth it and a big rip off. My husband said I do a better job.

Terri & Bridgett did a great job cleaning our house!

Terri and Megan R. did a great job. They are organized and very professional. I have been using this company for 4 months now and I am pleased with their service. They are not in a hurry to clean and run!! I can tell that they take pride in doing a great job. Terri has been here every time and the girls that work with her each time have done well.

This was my first experience with a cleaning company, it was such a relief to come home to a clean house! Tabitha, Nicki, and Jason really exceeded my expectations, my house looked great!! The free consultation and scheduling was smooth too.

Amanda and Brooke did a wonderful job. They have cleaned our house in the past and are always very nice and very thorough.

Marvelous Maids does a wonderful job! They've been cleaning my house for several months. All the people I have spoken with have been friendly and polite. Phones are answered, calls and e-mails are returned, issues addressed...and it's never difficult. They are consistent and reliable. They have never missed a cleaning date, and they even call when they are running a bit late. But the most important thing, since bottom line this is about cleaning my house, is that Amanda and Brooke do a fantastic job! The house sparkles when they are done. They come in and get right to work. They are thorough, efficient and hard-working. I am very pleased with Amanda, Brooke and the service provided by Marvelous Maids.

Marvelous Maids did an excellent job of cleaning my house. Audrey and Ashley B. were thorough and very responsive to all my needs and concerns. My home looked marvelous and was sparkly clean after their hard work. I was very happy with their efforts.

ythey are doing every thing they said they would, phone call after each visit to ck if work wa done to my satisfaction or complaint about anything. also get-mail to rate the service performed and how it was done, during the third cleaning the owned showed up and inspected the work being done and see if i had any complaints as foot note----l have copd so they take my garbage can to the curb for pick up. if you are know copd you know that is a super nice thing to do

The whole process has been great. Our home is clean....and I didn't have to do it!!! I'm very pleased with all aspects of the service provided.

Two women came in and cleaned everything floor to ceiling. They did a great job.

They told me they did not service the ballwin area and to get a refund.

Marvelous Maids has been servicing our home for several years. In particular, Danielle and Amie have done outstanding work. We see continuing to use their services for the foreseeable future.

I am extremely happy with Marvelous Maids. Not only does my team JoAnn and Audrey to an amazing job, they are pleasant and very professional. I have two dogs and they do a wonderful job keeping up with the hair and foot prints! My home always shines when I get home!

They always do a great job. We have two large dogs and 2 cats, so our house is a challenge to keep clean. I really don't know what I would do without Marvelous Maids. The girls are extremely nice and very professional. I could not be more happy with the service.

When first started with this company,quality of cleaning was excellent. However within the past 2 months has decreased. Husband sent email to complain. No response. Followed up with a phone call to Customer Service to discontinue service. Stated they did not receive the email
