Marvelous Maids

I got it as a gift. There were 3 people here for 2 1/2 hours and they literally from top to bottom made everything spotless. They were great.

They responded well. Showed up. Did the bathrooms well.

I had purchased a Daily Deal for an Intorductory Deep Clean. The ladies did a fantastic job. They were on time. They spent the entire 3 hours cleaning two floors of our home including 2 1/2 baths, kitchen, living area, bedrooms. They even did a few extras such as vacuuming the stairs. They did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

The service has turned out fine. They do a good job and I have been happy with their service.

The thing that I like the most is that they leave a post card that I can review each time they come where I can leave ratings and comments. If I have any less than satisfactory ratings or comments they are really punctual about getting back to me and they make sure it gets resolved. It really is nice because everybody is busy and it really helps to keep the communication open.

The service has been fine. The price is a little on the high end. The service is good. The people do a good job. They do not typically send the same personnel. It would be better for them to send the same personnel when doing the work.

I told them to focus on the bathrooms. They spent most of the time in one bathroom and after three hours I had to say something. They left cleaning materials on a woven wood hamper and the cleaning materials fell through and the hamper is still not right from that. They were slow with the work. They did a good job on the small amount of work they got accomplished.

I have used their service on and off for seven years. They always do an excellent job. The girls are very polite and clean cut. They are very courteous of our dogs. I trust them in my home. The owner runs a great operation. They will find change or money on the floor and they will tell me and place it where I will see it. They always leave the house immaculate. Any crew that does the work always does a great job. The owner is charitable with anyone suffering from cancer and they will provide free service for a period of time for those individuals.

The service has been perfect. They are unique as they leave a postcard behind each time for you to fill in feedback. I used a different company before and the service was gradually declining. I did not have any way of letting them know other than talking to them and with the postcard it makes it easier to leave critical feedback.

I purchased a Big Deal for this service. It was for 6 hours of cleaning for $75.00. We had to reschedule a couple of times, I had an emergency out of town situation and the second appointment was scheduled the day after we got the 15 inches of snow. The two people who came spent the full 3 hours cleaning and did a very good job. I don't feel I can afford regular cleaning services at this time, but would definitely use them on occasion.

Very professional, did a good job. A bit disappointed only one house cleaner.

I have been using them for several years. The owner is fabulous. Kathy is a great business woman and a real pro. She rotates her team. Everyone she hires is trained and qualified. Her customer services is really good. She is also willing to work with the needs of the household.

I have been using them for a couple of years now. Their service is great. They are polite. They also give me a card with a stamp in case I have any complaints or problems. However, I have never had to use the card. The price is reasonable. They always call ahead to confirm the appointment. I have no complaints with the service.

They are fabulous! They have always been on time. I have never had a problem with their service. If they did forget to clean something, I always call. They either come out right away or address it or deduct the price for the following visit. I have rescheduled in the past but there has never been problems with scheduling. They are willing to work with me and I would not use anyone else.

We purchases a condo and had some construction done to the basement which resulted in a lot of dust and general untidiness. There was not any furniture in the house yet, and so they did not have to move things around to clean. They made the bathrooms shine and the floors looked 100% better when they were done. We were happy to move in when they were done.

They always do a very thorough job of cleaning, within the scope of the agreed upon tasks. It is wonderful to come home to a clean, fresh home after a long day of work. It also forces us to pick up the house on a schedule, so it really is clean once they are finished. You will sometimes get different crews, so it is important to leave any special instructions every time the house is cleaned.

We are happy with the job that they do for the most part. We don’t have a consistent team. They usually send out two people and it is usually not the same two people who come out. Some do a really great job and some do an okay job, so we would grade them B for our overall experience.

They preformed general house cleaning. Arrived and immediately began work. Very nice and professional. I didn't feel I received good value for the services rendered and choose to go with another company. Marvelous Maids came in and quickly touched up things and did a good job but another company was more responsive to my needs. I felt I had to ask Marvelous Maids to do anything that any other cleaning service just did without being asked or charging extra. They were professional and I did feel comfortable with them in my home. I want to add an extra note. I was not from the St Louis area and had used the same cleaning service for the past few years. Marvelous Maids was my 1st experience in St Louis. I choose to use a girl privately that was just what I wanted. Yesterday she had been hospitalized and sent some friends who owned their own company. They seemed exactly like Marvelous Maids. I think it is the way cleaning is "done" in St Louis. With that said, they clean your home. I think there are some extra touches that would make Marvelous Maids in front of the line. So YES, I would use them again. Their owner is very responsiveness to your needs.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for "4 hours of Spring Cleaning" with Marvelous Maids, and I'm very glad we did! Both of the women who arrived were friendly, courteous, and professional. They were in the house for about 2 hours (4 hours from the coupon = 2 hours x 2 people) doing "spring cleaning" on our most-used areas: living room/dining room, kitchen, and main bath. They scrubbed, scoured, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and even tackled some hard-to-reach-and-seldom-cleaned areas with aplomb. They did a fantastic job overall; I wish I could afford to have them come and clean regularly! I'd definitely hire them again should the opportunity present itself.

I just had them twice so I really do not have much background to give. They seemed very pleasant young girls. They have done a thorough job so far. No problems based on my experience of having had them twice. This is the third time today. I do not know what they did today because I have not been back home. I have never used a house cleaning service, so I honestly do not have much experience. Price; I do not know, I have not even ask for a quote from any other company. They have been very responsive; they have been either early or right on time.

I spent $50 on that work. They did a very good job and were very detailed oriented. I possibly might use them again but I am not sure because their prices without the deal I had are pretty high.
