They do an awesome job. They're fast and thorough. One of my cleaners is named Sarah. There's always follow up from the main office after each visit, which I love.

It's been excellent each time. They're thorough and responsive to our comments. They're also efficient. We're usually not home when they come. They're also flexible with us on scheduling when we have to travel or have issues.

In the time they've cleaned, I've had one complaint - and I mentioned it to them on their survey they send out during each cleaning. Other than that, I've had a good experience.

I contacted Marvelous Maids for a quote on a move in house cleaning on 5/30/14. They quoted me a rate of $84/hr and said that a move in cleaning usually takes 2-3 hours. I called back twice the week of 6/2/14 to attempt to schedule the cleaning. Stephanie from Marvelous Maids called me on 6/5/14, and said that unless I wanted them to do regular cleaning service at the house, then they couldn't schedule a one time move in cleaning. There was no mention of this stipulation when I was quoted on the job. I lost a week trying to schedule a cleaning, and they did not fulfill what they quoted me. Unprofessional, and I certainly would not recommend doing business with this company.

They stayed for the whole four hours. They were able to reach most everywhere except the basement because I didn’t have them go down there. They provided standard level service, nothing exceptional. The cost of the Big Deal was good, but I asked about biweekly services and their estimate was too high.

It was good and I didn’t have any complaints. They did a good job. They sent 2 people out for 3 hours. They called me right away and showed up on time. The scheduling was quick and I didn’t have to wait a long time for them to come out.

They were here on time, they did what they were supposed to and they were polite and when they left everything was done I went down and looked at it and it looks fine to me.They came when they were supposed to. We have used Marvelous Maids for over four years in two different houses. They have been very professional and cleaned our homes well. They take good care of our possessions. It is always nice coming home to a clean house! Overall, we have had a good experience and I would recommend them.

They have been working for me since about April. Everything has been working out well. They later started using their own cleaning supplies. Initially, they were supposed to be environmentally improved, but I am not sure how they are for people. They were doing a deep cleaning and I pulled them off of it because the smell would stay very strong for the weekend and linger throughout the week. They do complete what they say they are going to do. Specifically, Tabitha does a good job. They have been working out very well, but I wish that they used less toxic cleaning supplies.

I demand a lot of myself in my career and subscribe to the idea that I must clean my home to "June Cleaver" standards. These two women deep cleaned my villa in three hours. I was amazed and delighted the place just sparkled. (I wonder if June is their grandmother.) My opinion? Marvelous Maids- I need look no farther. I have found a jewel!

We have regular service from Marvelous Maids, every other week. We couldn't be more pleased with their work and the value for the cost. As a two-income family, my husband and I so enjoy coming home after a long day at work to a clean house...and clean it is! This enables us to enjoy our free time and our weekends and has given us such peace of mind. And, our kids are happy we aren't spending our weekends cleaning! The work is fantastic and I have yet to find anything I'm not pleased with. The company solicits regular feedback and I believe truly wants to know if there is anything with which we are not completely satisfied. We contacted numerous services to compare costs and services and they came out on top. After using them a few years ago and taking a hiatus to be more mindful of our budget, we just had to go back to Marvelous Maids. I would recommend them to all of my friends, family and neighbors.

Crew of 3 arrived on time and discussed what they would be doing cleaning two bathrooms and kitchen per coupon purchased. They started immediately. One took on the kitchen and wiped down everything. Spend a good deal in detail cleaning. The others cleaned the bathrooms. The two cleaning the bathrooms were done in little time, so they asked what else I would like for them to do. Basically, they dusted, vacuumed the master bedroom, family room, hall way, dinning area, laundry room and steps down to the basement. They did everything that was on the Big Deal and more. They were very professional and kept me informed on what they were doing and what they completed. They answered any questions I had. They did an excellent job.........THIS WAS A VERY GOOD BIG DEAL!! I would recommend their services.

Marvelous Maids came out to clean. They were out actually twice. They did the upper level of my house and then the lower level. I have a new roommate who lives in the lower level and my new roommate owns her own cleaning business. So when Marvelous Maids left, I thought, "Wow. They did a good job." Of course, my roommate came in and said, "Here's what they missed and missed and missed." So, personally, I thought it was a good job. I'm a man and I don't know how to clean anything right. So, I thought they did good, but my roommate said they didn't. So, I got a mixed message for you, I guess. I would say, overall, everything was good. They were very nice and pleasant. The price was right.
