Marvelous Maids -- now Blue Skies Services -- provides top rated, professional house cleaning services in St. Charles and West Counties in Missouri. Marvelous Maids is opening a second office in West County effective January, 2015. We have been serving St. Charles County families since 2000. We now clean over 500 homes on a regular basis. It is our goal to make your house a joy to come home to each and every time. We clean homes in Chesterfield, Wildwood, and parts of Ballwin, Creve Coeur, and Ellivsville. St Charles, St Peters, OFallon, Dardenne Prairie, Lake St Louis and Wentzville. Our mission is to provide excellent residential maid service as outlined in our house cleaning checklist on every visit in every home by a friendly, trustworthy and customer-oriented staff. Our business is based on one simple concept: That good house cleaning is hard to come by. And good companies with friendly, hard working people seem to be dwindling. We are here to turn that around. We realize your home is a special place, and we always treat it with the respect and care it deserves. Our maids bring all their own fresh-smelling cleaning supplies that are safe for your children and pets. You don't have to provide anything. We put our high-caliber teams through professionally developed training programs. Every team is accompanied by a leader who has been with our company for 1 to 6 years. Our employees are bonded and insured. Our maids work shorter days and work in teams so their energy level stays high for every job!

Description of Work: They sent two girls to clean. It is a 4 bedroom home. They cleaned three bathrooms,kitchen,vacummed carpeting throughout,and cleaned blinds at windows. The girl that cleaned the bathrooms did a fantastic job and we could really see the difference. The other girl that cleaned the kitchen and blinds didn't clean as well. I was a little disappointed in that, but maybe she is new and needs more experience at cleaning. All in all, from the gal who came out to give us an estimate throughout the entire process it went well. I would refer them to others. They did charge me twice on separate days for the cleaning, but we were able to get that cleared up in about a week and one of the payments credited back to me. They were all nice to work with.

Description of Work: It was to clean my master bathroom and first floor bath room. I will never use them again. One of the young ladies were found by me doing a room ceiling fan that I did not ask but I felt that she was a look out person or sizing up my master bedroom. They acted suspicious. I felt uncomfortable and will not every use them again. The same young lady was found using a second bathroom and she was locked in their a very long time. I just did not feel right. I was not sure if they were going through things in my master bedroom.

We're a little taken aback by this review so I immediately called (member name removed) who was gracious enough to speak with me. Our company offered an Angie's List deal about a year ago. We called (member name removed) shortly after to confirm her cleaning had been up to par. We did not receive a call back. Regardless, we are saddened to hear that any client of ours felt uncomfortable with any of our employees. Both of these employees still work for Marvelous Maids and have been with us for over 3 years apiece and do a great job. Neither employee has had a theft claim or charge brought against them. In fact, both employees have clients that only request them as cleaners and no client has ever stated they were made to feel uncomfortable by these employees. All Marvelous Maids employees go through an extensive background check and drug testing. We truly trust and value the employees that we send to your home. Thankfully, (member name removed) indicated that nothing was missing from her home. Again, however, we are saddened that (member name removed) felt this way. To prevent this from happening to anyone else in the future, we will continue to do addition staff training. We appreciate all feedback and thank you for taking the time to provide this valuable feedback.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the 6 hours of cleaning special for $84.00. They sent 2 maids to my house for 3 hours each and they did a spectacular job! They were very thorough and even got much more done than I thought they would in that time. They were very friendly and did little things I did not ask of them as well. Highly recommended!
