I purchased the $39 Toilet Tune-Up & Home Plumbing Inspection. $39.00 for a 5-point toilet tune-up and comprehensive home plumbing inspection Five-point tune-up includes inspecting and adjusting the fill valve, cleaning rim flush holes, replacing the worn flapper, adjusting the tank level operation, and a home plumbing inspection I did this because the toilet was dripping at the wall turn off valve and would not stop running even when the water was turned off. Glen came out and did not have a flapper with him but adjusted mine while telling me it wasn't the best kind to have put in. He adjusted the water level so that the fill stopped about ½ inch before the top of the pipe. He did stop the leak as the nut was loose. After a week it was all back as it was originally and again would not stop running and water fill was up and over the top of the pipe. So he did not clean flush holes, replace the flapper (because he did not bring one) nor did he do the home inspection. He asked what else I wanted him to look at. What kind of an inspection is that? I called to have someone come out and try again. Darrin replaced the fill valve/toilet supply for $151. He disagreed with Glen that it was the wrong flapper I had and said it was the correct one for a Kohler toilet. I realized after the fact I did not get the $50 credit that came with the purchase. The toilet is working fine now but the first $39 spent was not worth it. I called again and spoke with Jason who said he could send me the $50. I also asked what the home inspection was supposed to be: checking the water pressure, pipes, garbage disposal – probably what one would expect a “home plumbing inspection” should be. He asked if I wanted someone to come out but I chose not to have anyone come out to do this – twice was enough.

The plumber was prompt, courteous, and thorough.

Darrin came out and did a fine job on the outside faucet (purchased on Angie's List for $205.00) and replacing the shower cartridge ($95.00-I already had the cartridge.) He was unable to loosen the balancing spool. Glen then came out a week later to loosen and change the balancing spool. (I already had the balancing spool.) He did not charge for this second visit. All working well.

I called Hosack and explained the situation. They sent someone out promptly. He tested the seal I'd installed and felt it wasn't seated properly. Once he re-seated it, it stopped the leak. He did not charge me or use my $50 coupon for this service. However, about an hour after he left, the toilet was leaking again. I called Hosack and they worked me into the schedule. They sent Glen, who was very knowledgeable and professional. He determined the water level in the tank was too high so he adjusted it to a lower level. The leaking stopped. Once again, he did not charge me for the service call. However about 30 minutes after he left, the leak reappeared. This time I noticed the water level initially stopped where Glen had set it, but after a few more minutes it would slowly rise to the top of the tank. Clearly, the Fluidmaster water intake wasn't working properly. Hosak once again sent Glen, and he quickly replaced the Fluidmaster with one I'd purchased without charge. The toilet bowl hasn't leaked in a week so I think the mystery is solved. It took some time to figure it out, but these guys did it right in the end ... and they didn't charge me a dime. I still have my Angie's list coupons and will be calling them if I need a plumber in the future.

Replaced all equipment in tank. The Gentleman was very professional. The toilet began running again. A second service was required. The flapper which was installed on first visit was not sealing correctly and was replaced with a different type of flapper. The Gentleman for the second visit was very professional. Toilet is working well.

Great. Glenn was the guy and he was awesome. The service was quick and efficient and Glenn was very nice. Couldn't have gone any better.

He did alright. He was extremely friendly and punctual. The faucet did leak the first time. So I had to call them back up. He came out again and fixed it. It still kind of leaks and it's very tight, but they were really nice and punctual.

Ok, shower leak in wall not shower head so could not fix. Quoted very high price to repair. Drain working better. Toilet quoted price to replace inside that was very also very expensive. Prices seem very high.

It went well. The company called in the morning to confirm the appointment time. Darrin arrived on time. He assessed the issues with the existing faucet and recommended replacement. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He completed the installation in an efficient manor and we are very pleased with the results.

He was running a little late but called to say so. Came a short time later and did a a great job--explained what he had done. Was very professional and courteous.

Hosack was very responsive and professional. Estimate and schedule were met right on time. We'll call Hosack for all our plumbing needs.

They repaired a leak behind the shower and was completed on time.

Very, very pleased with service. Fixed the problem. Glen was the plumber and was very professional, informative, and helpful with information about our plumbing. Will definitely call again if we need plumbing service.

Darrin and Steve are great guys to work with. While I had bigger issues that took time to address while keeping Darrin/Steve on hold with half-job done, they were very supportive and patient to help us replace the leaky water heater and install a brand new one per code. Also we had plumbing issues in the bathroom which were addressed to a great satisfaction. 5-star service without any doubt.

He was very courteous and efficient. He was on time and finished the job in a very timely manner. I am so happy with my new faucet. It has leaked for years and now never leaks.

Service was not performed, but they were friendly and able to set up an appointment rather quickly.
