It went fine. They did the job. They were on time. It worked out fine. My interaction with them was fine. I didn't have any complaints. The work was fine. The faucet works. They were fine. They were good.

It turned out very well. Well, they were prompt and the service man they sent was very cordial. He explained to use everything that he was going to do, did that, had us come in and check everything to make sure we where very happy before he left. I thought something wasn't right so I called them and it turned out when I checked it, it was my bad. I had- I don't know if I should put this in, its nothing they did. I assumed something that wasn't correct. But when I called them, they said " Well, fine, this has never happened before, but we will come out and take a look at it." and it the mean time, I checked and found out that it was my fault. So I called them back right away, but they were more than cordial they were willing to come out and look at it.

Great. Darren explained the problem to me. He had the replacement part with him and fixed it promptly. I told Darren about some future projects I have planned and he showed me their price book and gave me a rough estimate for the work.

The guy gave a fair bid for the job.

It was good. They called me shortly after I purchased it and then, I had to set up an appointment. I would recommend me. The worker was just one but he was fine.

Service was excellent, technician quickly found the problem and also alerted me to one that would have probably hit me very soon and cost me more to fix.

Glenn explained what he was going to do and the price. He explained that I could go to Home Depot. buy the external faucet parts and do that repair myself. (In fact I could have done all the work myself before becoming handicapped.) He explained that he was highly qualified, and I believed him. I understood the work and agreed to the pricing. However, that does not justify such an outrageously high charge for the simple work performed. The price is easily double what I pay any of my half dozen other tradesmen who I've invited back multiple times due to their quality work and reasonable charges. Glen's friendliness, explanation, and discount did not justify the high pricing. And I am unlikely to invite Hosack Plumbing back.

I contacted SC Hosack Plumbing & Excavation though Angie's List early on the morning of Friday, November 11, and by telephone. They never returned my message or call by the end of Monday, November 14. They are not at all responsive.

Glen did a fabulous job. Very knowledgeable, explained everything. Price was right. No mess left for me. Will use them every time I need plumbing work from now on.

This company was great. Excellent service, professional and knowledgeable. Fixed all of my issues and gave me some additional advice about some other things. Will use again for other plumbing needs.

They were very efficient and cordial. They corrected the problem right away. Plus, they were even on time and very punctual. He even went beyond the scope of the deal. I think we got more than our money's worth. I liked using them!

They did an inspection, which was part of their Angie's List thing and of course, they found something wrong with the toilet, which they had to fix, which was kind of figured out beforehand that they were probably going to find something. The quality was okay. It just kind of turned me off that they come for an inspection and of course, they find something wrong. That kind of bothers me. There was only one worker, he was okay.

AToilet kept running. After brief inspection he determined that our water pressure was too high and that the valve needed replacing. Great. Price was reasonable. Glen did an excellent job. He was prompt, courteous and explained everything he did. Cleanup was great. Because of Glen, I would recommend Hosack Plumbing to all my friends and family.
