I was very pleased with the service. After a review of the work needed, he provided a cost with the discount for my approval. He also explained in detail the repair work that he would provide and gave me a walk through of the repairs after the service was completed.

Excellent - As on his previous service call two weeks ago, Darrin was very prompt, courteous, and happy to answer my many questions. The two outside freeze-proof faucets needed to be replaced because of their age and poor condition. I provided Darrin my copy of the estimate he wrote up for me on my prior service call (he said he didn't have a copy of it on his current work order), and he honored it as promised, letting me use my $50 credit (I had previously purchased a discounted Plumbing Service deal from Angie's List for $39.00). Darrin was able to complete the entire job in about an hour and with minimum disruption to everyone home when the water was turned off. Also, as previously promised by Darrin, I was not charged for an additional service call since I had him look at the faucets during the previous service call, but he didn't have time during that service call to replace them. In addition to replacing the two faucets, he also installed shut-offs on each water line inside of the house near each faucet.

Excellent - Darrin was very prompt, courteous, and happy to answer my many questions. He showed and explained to me how to disassemble the the sink stopper hardware, so the sink stoppers could be removed. Also, he disconnected the drain elbow in each sink, and then removed the many years of built-up hair/whiskers/goo that had slowed the drains but couldn't be pushed out or dissolved with chemical drain cleaners without opening up the plumbing under the sinks. I got another plumber company did the same work much much cheaper then the quotation I got for this company. Quality is very good as they did a test and gave one year warranty for work.

eleven hundred bux. the reason I had the old water heater removed is because it was older, meaning probably not energy efficient, but worked fine. I could see a ring of rust around the bottom, but an inspection told me that was normal and still had years of service in it. A guest kicked the old water heater and left a dent, which made me uncomfortable that the bottom could fail and someone could be hurt by boiling hot water, so I decided to replace it. The tech arrived punctual, presented himself professionally, came prepared. I also needed a shower head installed which he agreed to do for a hundred bux. When the installer was finished and we were signing off on the job, we noticed the brand new water heater had a dent in the exact same spot as the one that was being removed. When I questioned that, he apologized and offered to just not charge me for the shower head install. This is typical in St Louis. Sub par work and knock off a few bux. I personally am sick of it. Pick a professional who does work on my property; I frequently get this type of interaction: sub-par work; knock off a few bux. I have limited time. I told the technician I was not happy but I didn't see where the dent would inhibit the overall functionality of the water heater. He offered to schedule a complete re-install. I agreed to the shower head install discount and signed off. I flew out the next day for work and will be back in a few months knowing that the poor taste of low quality work will linger long after the great taste of a cheap price is gone. I could have made them install a brand new heater. I just didn't have the time. and, supposedly, the warranty will cover it. I think what bothers me the most is that this worker and pretty much all workers are on the phone while they are working these days as if that is acceptable behavior. I miss the old days when quality and pride in workmanship was normal. This company and this experience is actually pretty good compared to other companies I've dealt with over the past couple years. I'll be calling them for any work needed related to this hot water heater, maybe even take on the annual service agreement for it. I think the company overall stands behind their work.

A good ending to a rocky start. No call or show for original appointment necessitated my calling. Understood it was raining but should have had call to reschedule. Spoke with owner and he admitted that should not have happened. Rescheduled. Work was done efficiently and connecting hose to faucet showed effective and successful repair.

It worked fine. It was a leaky faucet, but the guy was unable to fix it so he advised us to buy a new faucet and then he would come out and install it. He was very helpful. It was just the $50 service charge, and that would go towards my installation. It was fair, it was a good price. That's what I paid but he wasn't able to fix it because I need a completely new faucet. There was service in that he advised me in what he could do and not do. He came out and looked out at it and gave me him opinion. It was fine. Responsiveness as good. They were very knowledgeable.

They promptly refunded my money for my unused coupon purchased on Angie's List. Very happy with them.

Instead of just piecing new parts onto old parts, they replaced the entire mechanism.

Very well. He was friendly and courteous, added jobs as requested on site, and cleaned up perfectly behind his work. Other than the fact that everything is now working perfectly, you'd never know there was work performed. I'm quite happy with the job and will call again next time I need a plumber.
