Description of Work: Replaced attic fan and secured a banister. However, they left a 1" gap in the ceiling as the new fan was slightly smaller than the old one. My 19 year old daughter was the only one home - had I been there he never would have left it in that condition.

Description of Work: Beaty home improvement was on time as scheduled. He was able to put a gate around an old blower flew to keep the squirrels out of my home. Beaty Home Improvement also patched a couple of areas by putting some wire mesh and foam caulking in a couple of holes under my sink and stove area to keep out rodents.
