Description of Work: I scheduled a job via email with Josh for 9AM this morning. 8-29-15. Zach shows up at 10:30AM and claimed he had been waiting for me to come to the door for an hour. I didn't get a call or an email stating that the job was running late. Then for the worker to stand there and lie to my face, that is beyond pathetic! I emailed Josh at 10AM and stated that I'm going to assume that the person isn't showing up. Interesting that Zach shows up 30 minutes later at 10:30. 90 minutes late! Either there is a scheduling issue with Josh or his employee, Zach, is totally unreliable. Either way, it makes your company look bad. Zach stood on my front porch and lied to my face. This isn't the kind of people that I would hire to come into my home, be cautious if you are considering this company.

Description of Work: Repaired loose rails on a wood fence. Had to work around neighbors garden up against the fence and were very considerate. Wonderful job. Will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Fixed Shutter on 2nd story window. Loose boards on Deck. Changed Florescent lights in kitchen - vaulted ceilings.

Description of Work: They first completely didn't make the first appointment. Then when the rep came we talked about the fence and we worked a deal for a power wash on the house with a great price. Power washing was not worth the extra $220 I paid. The job could have done better. He missed spots and then put the power washer on my kitchen window where it was over my faucets and fell down onto them.

Description of Work: I waited almost two weeks after purchasing this deal on the 29th of June and he said couldn't get me in until the 10th of July because they were overbooked. On July 9th, I called to see if they were still coming. His response was that "We probably aren't coming and I'm glad you called." It was supposed to be a 50/50 chance that it was going to rain was his reasoning and he wasn't going to come out there and do all the work. You would think they would have called me and told me. He was very rude when I asked if I could get a refund and said "he didn't care".

Description of Work: The Handyman hung pictures, large mirror, wall clock, and brackets for curtain rods. He did an excellent job!!

Description of Work: Take out for my old dishwasher, and to the recycle. It's tight and the handyman was explained to me.

Description of Work: Eric arrived on time and I had a list of things I needed. We walked through so he could get a sense of what I needed and promptly got started. He worked on a ceiling fan that had been wired and mounted incorrectly and found hot wires that already had signs of sparking! He installed a under mount kitchen cabinet, he put up shelves, hung a flag holder and even stayed a bit extra to help me mount bikes in our garage. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I will use them again!

Description of Work: The owner needs to get scheduling under control, and who is doing what and when they are dispatched. They seemed disorganized. The also did power washing for the house which was $200. They had to come back and finish it because they did not have a ladder big enough.

Description of Work: Assembled a BBQ grill and removed a flower box from brick exterior wall. They did a great job. I've been using the grill ever since and I have no complaints. They were courteous and on time. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We got a free estimate over the phone for a deck repair...I gave square footage and he estimated the price for labor and materials. Very friendly and helpful. We haven't done the work yet and may get a couple more bids, but we'll definitely consider Beaty for the work.

Description of Work: We arranged an appointment for 8am on 6/15; nobody showed up. I called and left a message at 8:15; no response as of 10:30. I am not sure where the error lies but concerned that there was no response, not worth the hassle of rescheduling want to find another provider to get the work done.

Description of Work: I purchased Angie's List Deal for $99 faucet install on 5/26. Deal states contact within 2 business days. I received Angie's List message on 5/30. The message requested that I email or call to set up an appointment. I responded on 6/1 via email. I did receive a voicemail 6/2 stating that there was a possibility for the install on 6/5 but dependent on prior job and I would receive a call to let me know. Otherwise, it would be several weeks out for an appointment. I did not receive a call at anytime. I called on 6/5 with updated contact information and request for a call back. I called again on 6/8 requesting to set up appointment time. Today is 6/11 and neither call was returned.
