+ 3 moreHe did a great job because it passed the inspection with flying colors. His rate was also very good. I live in Washington state and it's nice to have this company because I trust that they will do what they say they will. I have used them twice and have had no concerns. He has done everything properly and I appreciate that.
Description of Work: We had an occupancy inspection that required several repairs. So this company filled in cracks in the driveway and leveled it, removed a tree and ground the stump, removed some carpet, changed out some lighting fixtures and did some other small jobs that the inspection required.

+ 4 moreI had a long list of several smaller jobs and he took care of most of this for a very reasonable fee. He did the job well despite the fact that I was very far away and not able to supervise directly.
Description of Work: He did some drywall work, minor electrical work, carpentry work, installed a toilet, vanity, and plumbing fixtures, installed some smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, tore out carpeting to reveal hardwood floors beneath, and hauled the carpeting away, and did some yard as well.
