He arrived on time. He removed the four old deck steps and then he installed the four new steps. The job was completed and cleaned up in less than an hour. I'll certainly call him next time I need a handyman.

These young men installed my new dual fuel range and replaced the power breaker which no longer worked. They were pleasant, punctual and competent. I am calling their office again tomorrow to schedule more work that needs to be done. I highly recommend Beaty Home Improvement.

They did really well. I had them install an A/C unit in my window. They had to clean the cords. I also had them check my bathroom because the shower head wasn't working correctly. They also unscrewed a device that I could not unscrew. They showed up on time and were very nice.

This sizable project went extremely well. From the beginning, to the end, Josh had excellent communication with me, and followed through with all of his promises. He also exerted much flexibility with the many design changes that I presented to him. He also displayed good professionalism and trustworthiness throughout the project. I had received a few bids on this project and Josh's price was lower than the other bids. He provided a great product at a fair price. I will recommend Beaty Home Improvements to my friends and family.

I wanted to clarify why I gave the B since you were asking: - The mess you and your team left was excessive, it would have been nice if you wore something on your shoes so there wasn't mud everywhere ( i know my house isn't spotless but there was a lot of mud i had to clean up) - you took the unused grout which I purchased - you took the sink plug out of the sink and never put it back (not even sure why you did that to begin with...) - the overall look was somewhat nicer than before but not that best. Was it worth it? eh- probably not, I'll have to hire another professional to most likely redo what you did - You were on the phone for a very long time, so I didn't really know if you were just teaching your co-worker what do and talking on the phone or if you were actually helping.

He told me it was an actual bigger project than I purchased. I thought it was all included. He explained everything to me. He was good.

I called and spoke to Josh and sent a copy of the items needing to be fixed. He suggested I purchase some of the items (fans, and drainage extensions) myself ahead of the appoint to save time and money and to return anything we didn't end up needing. His representative showed up on time (actually a little early but waited in truck until exact appt time). He was neat, polite and professional and this reflected in his work. He ensured he understood what I needed and then went about it efficiently. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

Initially there was some communication problems dates and times, additionally when the contractor arrived he was not aware I had requested some plumbing to be done (I had communicated what I need to be completed while messaging back and forth with Beaty Home Improvements company via Angie's List message center, he said he never got the information) dispite this Joshua was prepared with some plumbing tools and material. Josh did go right to work and didn't waist any time, it looked like Josh knew excatly what he was doing, and I was pleased with the work he did complete. Joshua himself was nice, polite and respectful, he cleaned up after he was done. The only thing I thought was unprofessional was that Josh was on his cell phone a great deal (most of the time he spent at my home) with other members of his company dsscussng other projects, although in the end Josh reconized this and offered to work on something else, I did appreciate the fact that he did reconized this and his jesture to do an additional project, which I did not have for him to do, so I thought it was nice of him to offer. Because of this is why I gave Beaty Home Improvement an over all rating of an "A". Beaty Home Improvements will get a second chance with this homeowner.

I've been in my older home for 13 years and my tub/shower area was showing some wear so I bought an "Angie's Deal." The employee showed up on time, was courteous and helpful. I offered to run and get some more supplies from Lowe's so that he could keep working and he gave me a list of exactly what was needed. I'm very happy with the way everything turned out. I did reschedule once from a Monday to a Wednesday since they had another job go long and they called me on a Friday because they thought that might happen. No problem to move. My only piece of constructive criticism is that the worked (sorry, I forgot his name) did not proactively tell me what to do when he was finished. I caught him before he pulled from the curb and he told me to get some grout sealer and wait 48 hours before using my shower. Worked like a charm and my tub/shower area looks brand spanking new. I would definitely use them again!

Bought the 99.00 dollar deal for 2 hours handyman services. I wanted the service for my sister who had moved to a new apartment and needed help hanging mirrors and pictures and curtain rods. I didn't know when I bought this that Mr. Beaty had no time to help her for at least a month. Very disappointing. I'm glad it wasn't for something that really needed fixing quickly. He is now scheduled to come in about 3 weeks. I may write another review after work has been done.

It was fine; they did a good job for us. He was polite, consciences, and was willing to do whatever was needed.

I choose a different company due to them not being able to do the work in the time frame I am needing.

Provider came right in and began to work immediatly Which by a plus. they were quick and fast. they cleaned up after themselves and left the house just as clean as they found it.

Let me introduce this by first declaring that Josh was more than pleasant, understanding and very cooperative when we had concerns and issues. This project started with a request for him to evaluate an upstairs bedroom with the idea to remove the carpet and tile, and determine if there existed a wood floor! He agreed to take on the job, and site unseen quoted a price to remove the tile; sand and finish the wood floor. Then this is where his attitude shined through! Not only were there the tiles, but a second layer followed by a painted floor! Not what one would have imagined. Undaunted, he and his staff moved all the furniture from the room; tore into the project; sanded, and sanded and sanded; followed by the first of a number of coats of lacquer. No questions that the job was more than they expected and would cost more. No, they finished the project and insisted the original quoted price would stand. We then suggested they could do the same with a second bedroom. Josh knew what to expect, charged the same as the first room, knowing full well the conditions were probably the same. When finished, we suggested both rooms could use an additional coat! Again, with a smile [not a grimace] the task was done. The rooms look marvelous!

Josh worked very quickly and efficiently. He did an awesome job and was very professional!!
