Worked two hours, paid for three. Told painter that my ceiling on my porch needed to be painted too. Was told that was not in the description. Took me about an hour to clean up the mess left behind. Also had to scrub the paint drips off the concrete with a wire brush and water. Some paint was on a few bricks too. Paint job is just ok. Caulking looks good.

There are apparently several 'crews' who go out and do the work. We had Joe and he was beyond amazing! He checked everything out first and then went to buy the materials needed. Not only did he repair the porch railing but he said he had extra time from the package I bought and happened to have some white paint in his truck, so he even PAINTED them for us! He did a better job than we even expected! I hate to say TOO much about him because everyone will start using him and he won't be available when we need him again!!! A++++++++

John and Bill did a good job. They worked efficiently.

Overall, I'm happy with the outcome. However, there were aspects of the experience which required more patience on my part than expected. I do not want to work with them again.

They did a beautiful job.They're very accommodating and did a meticulous job. I'm very pleased with their work. I'm having them come back out to do more work. They'll be repairing my swing and also fixing nails marks in my walls.

After a quick initial response on Angies list for me to call them directly, the responsiveness of the company was very poor. It took a couple of days to get a response from the first voicemail I left, then after finally speaking with Josh Beaty, I was advised to email a list with pictures if possible for him to get an idea of the scope of work. It has been 6 days since that email was sent and I have yet to hear back. I understand that people can get busy, but it only takes a few seconds to respond, and if you are busy and not able to do the work, then please say so. They might do great work, but if they don't respond timely, I have to move on.

They did the job well. The workers were friendly and did good work. They made some recommendations that were helpful.

This was a bit difficult ad we had a faulty part. I'm so glad I did not tackle this on my own.

Ok they were hired to complete tasks prior to the sale of our home. Very responsive to our time frame.

Lots of things were not in my favor. Owner was responsive, but weather hampered the work. Rain! Time went way over and actual time was 11 hours. I was charged $50 per hour for the overage, plus some materials. I paid for 7 hours overage. The ceiling looks good and the worker swept the waste materials off the patio, which I appreciate. However, if I were to work with this company again, which I would consider, I would be very careful about the quote for the job. Owner was very professional and kept me up to date. I did get the ceiling painted, which was not originally in my plan, but I needed to get it done. This caused time overage also. Just not comfortable with the way this all rolled out, especially the $50 rate.

Joe did an excellent job, it was obvious he was a skilled carpenter that takes pride in his work. I am very pleased with the final outcome.

I was happy with the outcome of their work, but I did not find the workmen very professional. I asked them to take off shoes on my carpets or wear booties which I would provide...they didn't seem to appreciate this. One of them spoke to me as in demeaning, overly familiar terms, calling me "honey, babe, sweetheart" repeatedly although I had never met him previously. The other asked me personal questions and used his bare hands to handle industrial chemicals & supplies while on the job. I even questioned him about this and warned him about effects on his future health.

Went well. John Miller checked what was needed to fix the divider, purchased needed parts for us from Home Depot which were an additional $41 and we're happy with the results.

The work was completed. When we found a small portion on the tub missed, they returned the next morning to correct it. We are pleased with the work.

The tradesman was professional and neat. The results are what we hoped for in this job.

I assume that the grout in the hall bathroom would be down but I saw by the hours involved in doing just a shower stall area that it was going to be more than what I anticipated. I had to pay an extra $50 in order to finish up the shower stall. The cleanup was another issue there was dust from The work that have been done that had not been cleaned up or attempted to be cleaned up. Therefore they need to pay more attention to the cleanup test as well as the expert workmanship which I did CM observed and appreciate but the cleanup has to be done as well.

John did an awesome job! My shower looks better than it did when I moved in 30 years ago. Very conscientious and thorough in his work. Kudos!

I spoke to the owner Joshua and he was very friendly, having called me back on a Saturday. We scheduled the work for a week later on a Tuesday morning. I was told that "John" would be doing the work. John called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived, he was very personable, professional and had all the tools necessary to complete the job. I left John with instructions on the repairs, came back 3 hours later and he was just finishing up. I am very happy with John's work and would hire him again if the opportunity were to arise. Beaty and John met my expectations and I think the price was very fair. Highly recommend.
