Purchased a four hour special. The owner responded promptly and scheduled a day well in advance. He was polite and helpful. Although they were supposed to be there first thing in the morning ended up coming later in the day. Overall the work was done within the four hours and the fan was installed properly and works well.

I contacted Beaty Home Improvements to remove an old cast iron tub in my parent’s house and replace with a shower surround. Joe along with help from Dylan, worked over several days and did an awesome job. They were very thorough in explaining what they were doing and what needed to be done. I was very happy with the job they did. They cleaned up their mess at the end of each work day. They arrived each day when they stated they would be there. They were very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the job they were doing. Answered all my questions about the install. Joe did a fantastic finish job on making the shower surround and tile wall seamlessly go together. He also placed an exhaust fan in the bathroom that needed to be wired. Thanks again guys for an awesome bathroom redo. I would definitely recommend Beaty Home Improvements and I will definitely would use them again in the future.

Very well. John applied a Bondo product, rather than wood, where water and snow tend to pool up by the front door. The idea is no wood, no wood rot. The Bondo is blended seamlessly and the trim looks great. Very happy to have this problem taken care of.

Great! They did a great job and were very professional.

John did a great job as usual. He replaced wood rot on the front of our garden shed. He also repaired an area of wood rot on one of our skylights and re-painted the entire wood frame of the skylight.

The work was awesome. They were late 3 times, and only once did they call and say they were running late.

Good, provider did not have all the tools needed for the job but eventually acquired them and completed the job, took a bit longer than expected and therefore cost a little more but everything looks great now!

Good - although it took several different people to complete my jobs (each person had a different skill) I'm very pleased with all the work they did

Amazing experience. Beaty had all the tools necessary to handle all my miscellaneous tasks: re-enforcing beams, moving electrical, mounting TV on a fireplace, mounting shelves. He worked quickly and efficiently and was able to finish everything on my list. I would hire them again.

drywall still needs to be fine sanded before I could paint it and I had to clean drywall mud off my carpet and floor and door knobs after he left. It was a small job I dont know how he made such a mess.

We've used Beaty Home Improvement in the past which is why we hired them for this job. He did a very nice job for a reasonable price. We will definitely use Beaty again if the opportunity presents itself.

I emailed the company and when they did not respond, I called. They requested that i send pictures of the job we needed done. I emailed those about 2 weeks ago and we have still not heard from Beatty. I am afraid we threw money down the drain. What an irresponsible company!

Fine. John was careful and professional. He pointed out a possible limitation due to the fact that I bought clear caulk. He said some of the coloration left from the mold might show through and gave me the option to go get a different caulk. I chose not to go, but at least I will know to buy the right caulk the next time it needs to be done. He also re caulked the kitchen sink. it is well done.

They did an excellent job. The repairman was pleasant and very knowledgeable . I would request him again.

With everything else that goes along with preparing for the arrival of a new baby, the repairs necessary to prep our guest room for paint became too much for my husband and me to tackle. There were large cracks running down the creases in the closet, and in some places where the ceiling meets the wall in the room. Unfortunately we have not had the best experience with Angie's List in the past, but decided to give it one more try. Beaty Home Improvements has actually restored our faith in Angie's list. Josh quickly returned our call, and Jon was out within a couple of days. Jon was very professional, answered all of my questions, and completed the job in a timely fashion. We will most definitely be using them in the future!!!

Pretty much all of the items on my list were completed plus a few more that were not listed.

Bought 3 hours of caulk/grout work for $139. told owner I needed bathroom shower caulked and kitchen floor grouted cause it's dirty. He said ok. Worker came and after 3 hours said it's gonna take longer. Two hours later worker said he had to leave and left leaving me to finish job. I tried but I'm not a professional. A day later the grout was coming up off the floor not only in area that I did but also in area that the worker did. I called the owner and he said he'd make it right. Worker came out and spent an adl' 4 hours fixing and repairing grout in kitchen. When he was done he asked me if payment was due. I said no - owner said he'd "make it right." Worker got owner on the phone and he billed me an adl' 4 hours of work. When I complained the ower told me I should have gotten a quote. I told him as owner it is his responsibility to give me a quote and I had one - the original Angie's list offer of $139 for 3 hours of work and I told him what I needed done. He gave me a "deal" by only charging me for 3 adl' hours of work instead of 4 for the last trip Summary: for $139 original price I ended up paying $150 more for the 3 hours extra work on the first day and another $100 for the next trip which was supposed to "make it right" and fix the errors made on the first trip. Very unprofessional business. I will not use the company again and will advise anyone and everyone to stay away from Beaty Home Improvement.

It went great! Since I was stuck upstairs due to recent surgery, he took a picture of the work he'd completed so I could check it out.
