Josh, the owner, is great! Very responsive - we were even able to text him to confirm! The handyman we worked with was Joe and he is AWESOME! He got all of the fans installed (3 were a little tricky but he had no problem getting it figured out) and the barn door I made installed. He not only was professional, punctual, communicative, but he helped teach me things along the way!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEATY HOME IMPROVEMENT FOR ANYTHING YOU NEED!!! We absolutely will be using them again, and again!

Beaty sent two handymen. One was clearly more experienced than the other. Fortunately, since I had a variety of tasks, each could jump right in. They replaced a kitchen faucet, fixed a bathroom ceiling fan, installed a bathroom shower rod, installed an outdoor light fixture and replaced a lock set on the front door. They did excellent work and I was very happy with the results. I certainly will use Beaty again for future handyman tasks around the house.

Last summer, I needed a kitchen cabinet replaced and hired this company. Everything was awesome! They were professional, punctual, and friendly. When I wanted curtain rods installed this summer, I knew I wanted to use the same company. New year, totally opposite experience. A few weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment to have some work done today (Aug. 3). Two hours after my scheduled start time, I called to see why no one has shown up. There is a voicemail greeting saying they are out of the office until Monday and I cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. It's clear no one will come to do the work I scheduled weeks ago for today, my last day off for months. I am very disappointed and frustrated by the bad communication. I will not use this company again and would caution others against it unless the company provides good reason for this poor communication and shares a plan for review and revision of its practices.

Other contractors told me this would be a 2-day job and cost as much as 1400, but Beaty Home Improvements showed up and knocked out all 14 doors in about 4 hours, and helped with a few other small projects besides. I'm already recommending them to my friends. They'll be a go-to.

The work was quality. John was professional and personable. He made sure to explain to me what he was doing to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend.

Handy man was prompt and addressed all the needed repairs. We had two leaking faucets in the laundry room and the basement. We had some damaged siding and needed repair for a small leak in the roof over the garage. The siding looks great and no leaking faucets. We are watching the roof leak as it is a slow leak that only happens during very hard rain.

Everything went very well. The finished product (hall bathroom partial remodel) looks very good. Josh kept in communication when the schedule was moving around and during the estimate he took a lot of time to understand what I was looking for and made several suggestions that we went with. John does great work. Cleaned up everyday so you couldn't tell work was in process. Everyone that has seen it thinks it looks really nice.

Beaty Home Improvements completed a full gut and remodel of my master bathroom according to plans/design I provided. The work was performed to my specifications on time and according to budget. I'm very pleased with the quality of work and would hire them again.

Josh came out and explained what needed to be done for a sturdy floor and how it would be repaired. We decided to go with his company. His floor repair was done by Joe. Joe really knew how to redo the floor and he did a great job and it is real sturdy. He also put down vinyl flooring, We could of gone with plank flooring, but decided on the vinyl for a while. He also took up the carpet. Joe also cleaned up everything and was very precise.

Fair. I thought he would get out the old caulking because it was pulling away from the steps. He didn't do that. He just put stuff over the old caulking. He said it would work fine.

The contractor installed ceiling fans, flat screen tvs and lights, it went fine

Joe was excellent! We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and needed some help in removing the existing cabinets. Joe stepped right in and asked us questions about what we wanted done and jumped right into it. We will definitely be using this company again. Had we not agreed to have someone else do the installation of the new cabinets, we certainly would give the business to Beaty.

Totally disorganized. Worker wanting to come in and out of house, showed up without ladder or materials to fix wall near top of ceiling. Attempted to caulk tub and left caulk all over I had to clean up myself. Worker appeared out of no where and walked in when potential buyer and seller were meeting. Ended up being so inconvenient I cancelled the rest of the service.

Terrific! I responded to an offer for 4 hours of work on Tuesday and had someone at my house on Thursday. John arrived at the front door aware of my list, with a ladder and tools for the task in hand and got right to work. There were a few obstacles, as in any home project, but he quickly got past them and kept moving. He got everything done on my list and was as polite as can be!

I had marked numerous spots throughout the house that needed caulking. John, the handyman, not only fixed all those spots but took it upon himself to fix other areas that I had missed. He was a very detailed-oriented worker.

Very well. Beaty Home Improvements did a wonderful job. There were some delays for weather but that was to be expected at this time of year. The new ties look great and I am super pleased with the enhancements made to my shed. It looks great!!

The work was not completed to my satisfaction. The owner was to meet with me after the job was completed and he did not show. I over paid my bill and I did not get a refund as promised. There customer service was not the best. I canceled my referrals for them.

Great, he was on ttime me and on schedule. He was professional and responsive to all the condo owners many inquiries.

The repair was professionally done, the patch was covered well and the wall is ready to be painted. The repairman inserted a cut 2x4 into the hole and secured it, then screwed the patch into the 2x4 support. The screws and patch were covered with drywall compound and it was blended and smoothed so it is not obvious that the wall was patched. Repairman used a shop vacuum to clean up mess, which I appreciated.

Was never contacted in an identifiable way (such as by e-mail, or with an identifiable phone number) never received a note in the mail to contact. Won't use your services again, or suggest to friends or family.

Josh and his workers were professional, thorough and efficient. The scope of the work turned out to be larger than any of us originally anticipated. The communication about needed changes was direct and clear. The cost adjustments were in line with the increased work needed. We are very happy with every one involved in the project and have already contacted them for other work.
