Brian would not give an estimate and said I should pay what I thought was fair. I didn't like that but told him I would pay $X/hr. He said he had much of the material he would need and would save me some $$. That was hokum. He bought all the materials, for which I paid, which I didn't mind. I did not expect him to furnish materials. He did part of the job and sent his father and son to do some of the work. After that day I didn't see and of Brian's family for days and weeks. He didn't finish the job, which included replacing the door to the wellhouse. He said he would haul off the old roof materials. He also said he would come back and cut my lawn at the $X/hour. I have called repeatedly and gotten promises to come a few times. Then he would not answer when I called. Isn't caller id a wonderful thing when you want to avoid someone? I got Brian's care from the local hardware store. I intend to tell the man at the hardware store to be wary of referring others to Brian.
Description of Work: Brian was hired to replace the roof on a wellhouse.
