I use this service once a week. I have been very pleased with this branch of The Cleaning Authority. My daughter has actually hired the branch in St. Louis and she was very displeased with them, so I would recommend calling the Manchester one. They do a very nice job on my house.

It was very poor from being almost 2 hours late on my 1st cleaning to switching times on my 3rd cleaning and leaving me a message. I was told 3 different times and no one cared enough to be professional and straighten the different times Angie and Ava gave me. I am truly disappointed.

They did an okay job. They showed up when they said they would. They forgot a couple things though, like vacuuming one room and cleaning out the fridge. Overall, I would give them a "B+".

I have only had 2 cleanings so far but have to say I am very impressed. They've done a great job! I have a 2 story home and 3 teenage boys, and when I come home from work on cleaning days, the house looks and smells great! They even cleaned the ceiling fan blades and window sills! I called the office 2 times for clarification and questions on a couple of items, and everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and very nice. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

We debated about whether to go with a small two person firm, figuring we might get more consistency with the same folks coming each time or a big franchise with 50 cleaners coming at random. Prices where similar enough, Cleaning Authority was slightly less, but service was our number one interest. We had a maid service several years ago but they were not careful; walls were scuffed, tables scratched, etc. Little things, probably not even noticeable if you have kids but ours are gone and we like to keep things nice. We went with Cleaning Authority because the owner seemed very on the ball and they differentiated themselves by how they cleaned with a system in place. I m sure their website sums it up better but each week they hit certain areas hard and note which areas they will focus on next time. Of course they clean the whole house well every time. So far we have even had the same fine crew each time. We have used them now for two months and would definitely recommend them!

My experience was excellent. The group is very thorough and professional. They called to check afterward to verify that we were satisfied. They even dusted the baseboards and got the water stains off our shower doors!

THIS TEAM IS THOROUGH AND EFFICIENT IN CLEANING MY HOME. THEY ARE NOT INTRUSIVE, AND THEY WORK QUICKLY. THEY ARE POLITE AND ALWAYS THANK ME FOR ALLOWING THEM TO CLEAN MY HOUSE.

WE RECEIVED A ''CLEANING AUTHORITY'' FLYER IN THE MAIL, AND THAT GOT US THINKING ABOUT HIRING A CLEANING SERVICE. WE USED ANGIE'S LIST TO FIND SOME SERVICE PROVIDERS. NONE OF THE PROVIDERS WE CALLED WERE WILLING TO COME TO THE HOUSE, AND SOME SIMPLY SEEMED TOO BUSY TO TAKE US ON. THE CLEANING AUTHORITY IS A FRANCHISE, AND THE OWNER CAME TO OUR HOUSE FOR A TOUR AND TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE. THEY HAVE SEVERAL EMPLOYEES, SO I DON'T EXPECT THAT THEY'LL EVER HAVE TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT WITH SOMEONE OUT SICK. THEY CLEAN THE WHOLE HOUSE EACH VISIT, AND FOCUS ON PARTICULAR ROOMS ON A ROTATING BASIS. ON TOP OF THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOOD BUSINESS MODEL, THEY HAD THE LOWEST PRICE OF ANYONE WE CALLED.
