BUDGET BLINDS OF ST LOUIS & ST. PETERS

The crew was very friendly and they did wonderful work for a very large job. They installed the shutters very quickly and they were installed perfectly. My shutters look beautiful. The only issue was that the shutters took a long time to come in from over-seas. UPDATE: Most recently my dog bit into two movers of the shutters. My house is up for sale and its been bought by a new owner now. I called the company a couple of days ago explaining the situation and since I have a warranty I wanted to make sure that I could get replacement movers before the new owners move in. The products are made overseas so I was told it could take up until June for them to arrive which is understandable. I asked the lady on the phone how much it would cost to have them installed by the workers once they come in but was told I wouldn't have to pay anything since they were under warranty. Their warranty is great because I'm testing it right now and they've been delightful people to work with. You just have to wait a while to get the product but overall I'm very satisfied with my interaction with the company regarding the issue. I'm more than satisfied, I think they're wonderful.

Debbie Blumenberg was incredibly nice and attentive, and took the time to make sure the color, size and style matched EXACTLY even though I did not originally purchase the blinds from their company. Now, I can't even tell which blinds were the replacement ones vs. the originals, and it was very inexpensive to order a couple replacements.

Jen was great to work with. She brought out what i was looking for and nothing more. I wanted modern, which is hard to find here in St.Louis, she showed me a new European line that rocked! I custom ordered all shades, they arrived when she said they would. The installer was great, and very neat. He removed all trash and cleaned up. Pretty simple. No fluff about it! Thanks Jen, see you next week to order a few more shades!

Very professional!  I called because my cornice boards over my blinds were broken.  They measured, ordered new boards, installed and they look great.  I would definitely would use them again!

They are satisfactory. The service itself was great. The installer did an excellent job. It didn’t take long to get them back and they were custom made.

This is the second time I have used Budget Blinds.  The first time was to install faux wood blinds over a very large (and very long) window.  They did a fantastic job.  Jen walked me through the process and made sure I got the right thing for the window.  I am so pleased with the product.

Jen came out again to do a consult for the rest of my windows.  I had a specific budget and she worked to keep me in line with it without compromising quality.  Within the 2 weeks my blinds were ready and installed.  Everyone was on time, professional and just overall great people to work with!! 

Blinds look and fit great. Installer cleaned everything up and took extra time with me so that I understood how they operated. The company was very helpful. I would use them again.

She was very young, but had a good eye and I am very happy with what we selected.   He was always prompt and courteous and he worked quickly and cleaned up everything afterward.  I would use them again

Install blinds.

We lost 3/4 of our home to a fire, so we needed all of the blinds/shades throughout our 3-bedroom home replaced.  We talked to and had estimates from 3 companies, but felt Budget Blinds did the best job helping us with the replacements even though they were not the least expensive.  They were very easy to work with and responded quickly whenever there were any questions.  The only thing I regret was not asking more questions about the closers.  The pull closers are much easier to operate and they are on only 2 of our 15 windows. 

We visited several stores and were not impressed at the selection or service or price.
The Budget Blinds representative, however, showed us several options and even assisted in selecting colors and styles that matched our décor and also what we wanted.
The price was very reasonable.
They even made extra effort to get our installation done ahead of time since we had company coming from out of town.
The installer was excellent as well, and he showed us how to operate the blinds and even offered to set up our old blinds on the basement patio door, since we had planned to do that.
Overall, the experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend Budget Blinds.

It only took a few minutes.  I would use them again, and probably will, soon.

I emailed the company over a weekend and they called on Monday to set up an appointment. That week I met with a sales rep at my house and we discussed a few options for the windows. She took measurements and sent me a quote the following week. We accepted the quote, she hung some temp shades and placed our order. The blinds came in a week early, yeah! The installer was very professional and had the work done in no time.

All went very well. 2nd paragraph above describes installation which didn't take but 10 minutes. Price spent not relevant-only one pair of French doors needed these blinds, plus I requested two different lengths-on purpose, which sales lady agreed with me on.

They installed temporary paper blinds on our windows so that we had some privacy while we waited for the blinds to be delivered. I really appreciated that. I had also bought some inexspensive blinds at Home Depot for the basement windows & they installed 3 of those for me at no extra cost. They do not have a showroom so our first interaction with them was when they came to our house to measure and give us an estimate. They did not bring much in the way of samples and did not have samples of blinds with both wands and strings (to open the blinds). When we asked how they differ, they said they operated exactly the same and that it was strictly preference in the way they looked. We discovered later that that was truly not the case. They are very different, so we feel we were given some misinformation. Some of the valances that were installed were dirty and some of the blind slats were damaged. A couple of the blinds were mismeasured and we had to wait a long time for them to come in.
