Frank and his crew were great. They worked so hard and took great care of our furniture. I would recommend them with confidence.

Frank and his crew of 4 men did a great job. Frank called the day before to confirm our appointment and he and his crew were punctual, professional and extremely efficient. They all were also very personable as well, which is a nice bonus. They moved an HE washer, dryer and large, metal bookcase from basement. They also moved a china cabinet with a hutch, solid oak roll top desk, solid oak entertainment cabinet, 5 glass front bookcases, a dresser, a digital piano, loveseat, large arm chair and queen size mattress and box spring from the first and second floors. They had everything loaded in the truck and secured in a little less than a half and hour. They were equally efficient getting everything moved into the new place. When Frank told me how much I owed, I was shocked. I expected to pay quite a bit more. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my real estate agent for her referrals to other clients.

The owner, Frank, answers the phone and he is the one you work with from start to finish. He came to the job. They don't work by the hour, but buy the job. You have to use his website to check off every item they will move, and then he comes up with an estimate based on that. Then he charges $2.50 to move each box. They don't have the capacity to pack for you or to bring boxes. We moved a vast majority of the boxes, our kitchen, and other difficult to pack items ourselves. His price overall probably was more expensive than paying someone by the hour--but we are very organized and had everything ready to go so things went fast. The movers were very good. They showed up exactly on time. Frank directed everything. They were generally very careful--only a couple small mishaps. They worked hard and efficiently. One complaint is that not quite everything fit in the truck. The front end estimate was that it would take two trips to get moved. We used our 2 personal vehicles to move items, and then Frank was less than eager to return to get the few remaining items (3 outdoor chairs and a few boxes), and I ended up returning to get those things myself. That would be understandable if being paid by the hour--but we paid for the whole job. Overall they were much cleaner, more reliable, and less scary than other movers we have used in the past.

They were fine and it was a very straight forward move. Things were ready to go, they were good with loading, they were careful with unloading, and they asked where things should go.

They are very careful and did a good job. Their prices are reasonable. We will continue to use them in the future if needed.
