We hired McGarrah Painting to take care of a wood rot problem that we found. The wood rot spanned the from the base of the house up to the roof. We had previously hired Dwightâ s team to paint the inside of our home, so we knew that they were professionals and sticklers for details. The team not only did a wonderful job finding and fixing all the wood rot, but they took steps to ensure that no further rot would develop in the areas addressed. When finishing the repair work, they then repainted the outside of the house. They did a fantastic job and were accommodating and understanding for any last-minute modifications that were requested during the painting. They finished ahead of schedule and cleaned everything up behind themselves. I would recommend these guys for any job that they cover.

Screen door installed was not plummed great but it worked. The rest of the job was excellent.

We hired McGarrah Painting to re-paint most of the inside of our house. Dwight and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only were his prices significantly better than other quotes I got, but he and his team treated my family and I with nothing but the utmost respect. The job that they did was top notch and, painting aside, they left our home in better condition than they found it. They cleaned up paint messes made by previous painters and fixed damaged spots in the wall. Even as they were finishing Dwight and his team went back over all their work to make sure that everything was done completely as we requested. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was having a very difficult time getting someone to do a relatively small exterior painting job. Once I requested a quote from Dwight, He called within minutes. I sent him some pics and we agreed on a price and he had one of his guys complete the work that day. Dwight was responsive , personable , and did a great job. He seems extremely concerned about quality and customer satisfaction. I will definitely continue to use his services in the future.

Dwight's team showed up right on time and finished the job earlier than estimated. They were very friendly and worked well together. I even added painting of a bathroom the day of service and they handled it with ease. They painted 4 interior rooms and removed wall paper from 2 rooms. Mr. Dwight Mcgarrah and his crew were all wonderful. They had to take popcorn off the ceilings which was a lot and fix all water damages that we had. They painted the ceilings and textured them. They also repainted the walls which included the kitchen, living room with high ceilings, hall way down the stairs and upper level. Also they also did our main bathroom. They had gotten everything done in the time frame that was promised. They made sure everything was covered and cleaned up after they were finished. They were all very nice, mannerly and professional to work with and made sure the job was done how we wanted everything. We will use them in the future again! Thank you to all of you!!

Had them remove wallpaper, prep walls, repair and paint popcorn ceiling. They did a superior job, work done as bid and I even added a small bathroom to they job. Clean, polite and trustworthy. I highly recommend these pros to anyone

Dwight and his guys did a great job of painting my house. Two of the best traits of a company (in my mind) were showed by them. The first, being that no one is perfect, they ensured everything I wanted was done. There was no haggling about the things we felt needed a touch up. There was no complaints when we changed our mind about whether to paint something the trim color. They respectfully looked into the things that were not a problem (we thought caulking might have peeled away but it was just shadows). In general, they just go to work and did exactly what we asked. At the very end, Dwight himself ensured that we were happy and wanted us to know if anything should come up to reach out to him. The 2nd aspect I appreciated was the communication. This was comforting! I had regular text messaging with Dwight. Sharing my concerns. His response was always "We will get it done" or "We will definitely look into it". If anyone ask if I know a painter, I definitely do know one now.

Dwight was amazing, and a man of his word. They did the exact job they said they would, and even went above and beyond what we expected. After the walk-through at the end, little things that needed be corrected were handled with humility and quickly done. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dwight and his team were extremely professional and did great work. Dwight kept me updated every step of the way. The weather when the work was done was very humid, which slowed drying time and pushed the job completion a few days. It would be tempting for a contractor to rush through finishing up in that situation so they could hey to the next job but Dwight and his team did not cut corners, working diligently until the job was done right. Attention to detail & pride in doing a quality job really showed in the final product. I would not hesitate to use them on future projects.

We hired Dwight to replace the decking on my elderly mother deck in Kansas City. They did a good job, including finding all the rot, replacing posts and stringers as necessary as well. I live in another state and they were respectful and caring to her, including addressing all her questions and concerns as well as keeping in touch with me. Thank you! UPDATE_ July 2019. Tried all Spring to get in touch with Dwight to fix a couple of problems that arose and to schedule continuing with the second part of the project. Totally unresponsive for 5 months. I know the weather has not been great this year, but that does not speak to why he would not return any of my many calls. We had communications problems early on that got better, but getting him to respond after the fact has been impossible. I finally hired someone else to do the repairs and finish the work. I no longer recommend.
