 + -1 moreI set up an appointment for Orkin to do a free termite inspection. They said they has an opening the next day between 4 and 6pm. I waited until 6:30 and called them to see if they were still coming. The person I spoke with confirmed that I had a appointment but didn't know anything else. He said he would have a manager call me back right away. It's now 8:00 pm and no one called me back. I called them back again to see what happened and no one no's anything about anything. I was asked I wanted to set up another appointment. I told them not to bother! They had my email, and phone number. They wouldn't even bother to call or leave a message that they weren't coming. My fault, I should have read the reviews before I contacted them.
