Description of Work: Overall she did a good job however she did not give me an estimate in advance and it ended up costing me more than I had planned. I had requested in advance that she not go over $100 and her reply was she didn't like time restraints and that maybe I should look else where, I still had her clean my home and like I said above, she did a good job.

Description of Work: CLEANED WHOLE HOUSE, RAN ERRANDS, DROVE TO APPTS, MOVED FURNITURE, FIXED MANY THINGS THAT NEEDED REPAIR. SUE IS NOT ONLY A WONDERFUL HELPER AND PROVIDES SUCH EXCELLENT SERVICE, SHE IS TRULY AN "ONE-AND-ONLY WOMAN. SUE COMES ONCE A WEEK AND FINDING HER HAS BEEN A LIFE SAVER FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.

+ -1 moreIt went great. She’ll be coming back tomorrow. It went absolutely wonderful. She comes out every other week. I’m very satisfied with her rate. We just started using her services 2 weeks ago. I know she does other things but for us, we just use her for housecleaning. She’s probably the most personable we’ve ever encountered so that’s kinda cool.

+ -1 moreTheir service was excellent, the best I've ever seen. They were extremely thorough and I was very pleased. I am having a kitchen renovation and she emptied the fridge and cabinets and scrubbed everything down very well. The bathrooms and showers were cleaned unbelievably, as well.
Description of Work: They have been out 3 or 4 times for housecleaning and I paid $25/hr.

+ -1 moreThe service we received from Assured Cleaning and Concierge was perfect the first time and every time there after for 10 years. Many of our guests have commented on how our kitchen, bathrooms and the entire home glistens from being so clean. Assured Cleaning and Concierge always personalized my cleaning service.
Description of Work: Housecleaning-- thoroughly cleaned all rooms in my 4200 square foot house every 2 -3 weeks for almost 10 years. I have had people cleaning my houses for 40 years, but Assured Cleaning and Concierge is absolutely the very best. The service was excellent every time. She was willing to tackle unusual and challenging cleaning jobs always finding or inventing a solution. Assured Cleaning and Concierge also served us very well before and after parties with as many as 150 people. Home Check Services--Every month for 7 months each year, she turned on the water, watered the plants, checked thermostats and all house systems and reported any problems or concerns. Assured Cleaning and Concierge is completely reliable and trustworthy.
