He explained the generator, what it does, how it works, the ordering process, financing options, installation process, and all the time lines. He even drove out to my house the next day to view the space where it would be best installed. From start to finish I had zero surprises because Kerec took the time to make sure I understood the process and the investment I was making step by step. I felt like I had a real partner in this.
