It worked out really good. They did a great job. It was very good. He came and explained exactly what was going on and did a really good job, even worked through some bad weather but he was able to get the windows replaced.

I think they were very fast and efficient. I liked them a lot. I thought it was a good price.

The house was old and it had asbestos in it so they had to section it all off and put caution tape and all that. They also put windows all through my house but that was 10 years ago. The pricing was a little bit high but I guess that was because of the asbestos. It was quite a bit for 2 windows. The quality was real good and the windows are really good. They are easy to put up and down.

Don came out, took a look at what we wanted done plus made a few welcome suggestions. The communication was excellent, they let me know how long it would take when everything was ordered and kept me informed along the way. The crew that installed the doors and windows I can't brag about enough. They were very professional and bottom line knew exactly what they were doing. I will use this company again.

By far the easiest to work with window company we spoke with. Installation went extremely well and we couldnt be happier with our purchase.

Great interactions with sales, measurement, installation, and office staff. The estimate was the most competitive by more than 10%, and the sales person (Don) listened to our well-researched needs & expectations without trying to oversell or needlessly upgrade. Measurements went well, and the installer (Nathan) was knowledgable and friendly. Fortunately, Nathan also measured again before beginning to remove the old windows - and he realized the new windows had been made too tall for the cutout. This would have meant enlarging the opening (trouble - stucco exterior, remember). After consulting with Cornerstone's management, we decided to re-order the windows and re-schedule the installation rather than try to make modifications. Due to travel and work commitments (not to Cornerstone) it was 1 month before we tried again. This time the windows fit fine, but the 2 pairs of windows were duplicates rather than mirror images. The left pair (left opening on left, stationary on right) was fine and fit perfectly, but the right pair had the middle (left) window opening to the left (not stationary) and the far right window stationary (not opening to the right). More consultation with management. The right side pair of windows was installed temporarily and a new set ordered. They arrived several weeks later and were installed and the entire project trimmed out with no problems. Nathan and his helpers cleaned up very well inside and outside on each occasion, and were respectful of the neighborhood in parking, noise, etc. Cornerstone reduced our final price by about $200 from what we originally were quoted to compensate for the delays. Summary: This could have been a horrible experience, but the Cornerstone people were considerate and appropriately apologetic for the problems. We didn't feel slighted or ignored, and were treated well throughout the process. The end result is what we expected and we are completely satisfied. I have recommended Cornerstone to others based on the quality product and their willingness to put the customer's needs first. If there is a quick turnaround needed on your project or if you are some one who expects a home improvement project to go perfectly according to plan and on schedule, this may not be the best service for you. If you want a quality project done by good people even if they may occasionally make errors (but who then own up to those mistakes and fix them unasked), I recommend Cornerstone Home Improvement (Blue Ridge Blvd).

The communication was excellent throughout the process. Brad, Noah and Nate were very professional. Our job took 2, 1/2 days which was perfect as the bid was for a 2-3 day job. The initial estimate was done very professionally and took about an hour. They let us know when the windows had been ordered and when to expect them. When they cam e in we scheduled the job. They were exactly on time and very good to work with. All three wore company shirts and were friendly and accommodating to any requests we had. They were very careful around our plants and landscaping and cleaned up any mess immediately each day. the windows were the highest quality and we are very pleased. We could not be happier with this company and will sue them again when we need any services they can provide!

I couldn't be happier! We received 3 bids from 3 different suppliers. The Cornerstone Home Improvement salesman, Dennis Stratton gave us a thorough explanation of the differences in different windows. They were the least expensive bid for better windows than we were quoted by the other companies, and we never felt like we were being "sold" The installers, Brad & Noah introduced themselves, were very polite, laid down tarps inside the house, and even vacuumed when they finished. It was an easy experience from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact, we have and now my brother and sister-in-law are also using them. Great experience! Great result!

Meshelle came to my home measured the windows. Provided me with information regarding the different types of Windows. Provided me with a written quote. After a short wait the windows arrived. Her installation crew was very professional.

Obviously the cost I put in isn't real, but that is private information. Cornerstone did a great job for us. I made no secret of the fact I was dreading the destruction of my home and having people traipsing through it. The salesman was informed and helpful. The crew was polite and meticulous, the work areas kept as clean as possible given what they were doing. Clean tarps were put over my floors and rugs each day. Ladders had protected feet (I have all wooden floors on the first floor). Blinds taken down and re-installed carefully. When there were problems with two blinds due to age, one of the crew went to a supply store to get parts to fix it. Not his job, but he did it anyway. The windows were all cleaned before they left (YEA!). The yard and drive were clear of nails, wood residue, etc. At the end of each day, I was asked if I had any questions, complaints, concerns. One of the best parts? NO gotchas, no surprises. I don't know what more a person could ask for.

GOOD QUALITY WINDOWS AND GOOD WORKMANSHIP AND RESPONSIVE STAFF.

After an explosion in the neighborhood that damaged my windows . The company sent their representative Meshelle to my home she evaluated the damage and provided a proposal to replace the damaged windows with new ones. A week later her crew installed them in less than a half a day. Thanks Cornerstone

Cornerstone gave me a good estimate, showed up on the appointment time, replaced my siding and was gone in one day. They were very professional, did good workmanship and clean up and did not leave until I had approved the job. I was very impressed.

They did a good job. We were very happy. They showed up when they were supposed to and all and all I was very happy with them.

I contacted Cornerstone to get a comparable quote for Sunrise Restoration window replacements for our home. The Salesman showed up late but did call at the appointment time to let us know he was on his way. He had a decent presentation and took all the measurements for the windows, he then let us know that he wouldn't be able to quote the windows without checking with the manufactuerer which I found odd as most other's were able to quote based on the UI measurements. He told us he would get us an e mail with all of the details the next day (Tuesday), After waiting until Friday (4 days late) and not getting the e mail, I called the salesman and he apologized but stated he had found out that the Sunrise Restoration line was only able to be sold by Energy Pro. I asked why he hadn't contacted us and he stated he thought he had e mailed us and then said he realized the e mail had not went through, (but didn't call???) he apologized for not being able to get us a quote, and I then stopped him prior to disconnecting and asked if he had a comparable window he could quote (maybe he doesn't work on commission???) he talked vaguely about soft lite imperial and stated he would e mail me a link... So still no e mail or even a vague idea of how much my project would cost using cornerstone! So I guess I will continue my search!

They did good work. Easy to work with. Explained everything pretty well.

The owner called me directly to set the date and time. They arrived at the time specified and got started performing the work that was being done for a project. I was very busy that day and was not available to see the project happen from start to finish. When I arrived home that night I was blown away on how great a job they did on these projects. From the first time I met with the company to completion of the work, "THIS COMPANY NAILED IT" I would recommend them to anyone wanting quality work perfoprmed at a fair price.

They were incredibly punctual and very efficient in their installation. I was impressed with the level of service they provided within such a small time frame. They worked around our schedule and we are so happy with the windows! It's amazing to walk by the window or stand in the sun coming through and feel no heat what-so-ever. We plan on getting more from them soon!
