Description of Work: Prepped, repaired and painted large guestroom that had THREE layers of old wallpaper over 80-year-old plaster. The room looks great now! They installed drywall in one area of significantly damaged plaster,skimcoated and sanded and the repairs are undetectable. All was completed on time and budget on a very tight schedule. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Painted living room, dining room, hallway and a number of doors. They were responsive in scheduling the work. The painters arrived on time, were professional, and did a good job. Owner came out first thing on the first day, at the end of the first day and at the end of the job. Total cost was approximately $1,000.

Description of Work: Share your concerns and expectations and they will be addressed by Chaney Painting. They painted the exterior of the house which included repair to rotted wood around the windows. During the quoting process the walk around the house was very informative as Chaney pointed out areas of concern and educated us on his reasoning. Any questions that came up I emailed Chaney and he responded in a timely manner. The job was completed on time and they were neat. We would use Chaney Painting again and have already recommended them to others. Also, we live in one of the Brookside neighborhoods and Chaney Painting proved to be very knowledgeable on working with the exterior of older homes.
