they had to come out two different times and the job still wasnt done right.

At estimate went over a complete list of what I wanted done. They did a basic cleaning, but didn't do the specifics I asked for, nor did they do some basices (e.g. dusting the plate rail, dusting shelf in kitchen, dusting french door slats, sweeping cob webs off ceiling, cleaning patio door windows and more. I was very disappointed, as I then had to do the things myself. They were receptive of my complaint and knocked $50 off the total. Not at all what I expected from hiring a house cleaner.

They were late (but it was understandable ... car trouble). Very nice girls ... my only complaint was that they did not clean the very FIRST thing you see when you go up to a house ... the front glass door; and the side glass window to the front door. Nor did they clean the glass sliding doors. Otherwise, Inside done nicely.

When Brenda came to look over our house, she said that they would do a "deep cleaning" the first time and the charge would be $150. We agreed to this plan. The cleaning people came on Thursday, November 19. We were not at home, so did not see the finished job until after we returned from work. The kitchen appeared that it had been skipped altogether. Brenda had told us that they would clean the stove top, but it was dirty. The back of the stove had grease still on it. The shelves above the sink had not been cleaned. We were under the impression that the blinds would be cleaned as part of the "deep" cleaning process, but they were not touched.

a sweet little girl was sent to do my cleaning. She was over an hour late. when she got here she had to change her clothes. so instead of starting at 2pm it was like 2;20pm and left at 5pm when she moped my kitchen floor. she got down on her knees and wiped around the throw rugs that was on the floor. My smooth top range was promised to be cleaned. she wiped it off. and left the circle around the burner that i had left there on purpose just to see if they really would clean it off. my front and back door was not cleaned as promised. my kitchen cabinet tops were cleaned in front of the cannisters and things i had on the counter,

very nice people to work with.Brenda is a super person and is will to work with you. the young lady who did the work is very sweet and willing to take instructions and eager to please apperance wa sexcellent. Just a very sweet young lady
