It went great. I had a very large leak with a lot of water damage. The tub drain had disconnected and I had a soaked 1st floor bathroom and basement. Servpro was very responsive and I set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. Ryan and one other worker showed up on time and went right to work. I was really impressed with Ryan because he took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing, how long it would take and what the results would be. They were very thorough and the results were exactly what Ryan said they would be. These guys were extremely personable and determined to make this experience as easy on me as possible. This work was submitted on a homeowners claim against my insurance, so I'm not sure what the price was. So I can't really say whether or not it was reasonably priced. I do have to pay my $500 deductible, so that's the amount I put in the price area.
