They arrived when they said they would and performed the job professionally and thoroughly. WE will be having them clean all our windows too!

I chose The Window Gang for gutter cleaning because of their reviews, and now I know why everyone praises this business. Not only did their man blow the maple seeds off of the roof and screens, he lifted some screens and blew debris out of the whole system. He also inspected them and said they were in good shape. He then cleaned up the area. I highly recommend this company!

terrific job. cleaned gutters and they discovered massive jam in lower downspout, they removed that too. cleaned the area afterwards as well. will use again.

I am particular. We ask that all the debris be bagged, so it's extra work for them to be up on a two-story house and bag the debris but they always go the extra mile and do that for us. Because they do such a good job, we've been using them for over 10 years.

Only 1 person showed up to clean house, young man evidently has a huge problem seeing dirt that still needs to be taken care of. Supposed to be 2 for window washing only one showed up initially. Part of very expensive new door broken while removing or replacing grids but we just wanted everything to be over and did not inform them of this damage. Overall, I would give a C- because at least things are cleaner but people who advertise cleaning services need to employ people who can actually deliver the service in a competent manner.

Overall, it went well. The house powerwashing was great and I'm hoping that the additive they use will slow future growth in areas that seem to get dirty quickly. For the windows, I had to go back and double-check to make sure all of them were done (a couple of windows were missed, and many of the tracks were still dirty). I also paid an upcharge for the ceiling fan and had to go back over it myself and found that the top of the blades were not cleaned at all. Overall, they did well, I suggest looking closely at the work before letting the crew leave.

The 2 man crew arrived on time and said it would take 2 - 3 hours to complete the job. Less than 1 1/2 hours later they said they were done and packed up to go. I hastily walked through the house to look at what they had done. A large, multi-paned window in the living room had not been cleaned, so one of the guys washed it and they left. After they left I found one other window with a large streak on the outside and I just cleaned it myself. Several days later I noticed hand prints on the inside of the lower part of a window behind a desk and wooden blinds. Someone had braced himself on the lower pane to clean the upper pane, then left his hand prints! I sent an email to the president of the company complaining about those lapses and the fact that most of the screen frames were still dirty. They had taken the screens off the windows one at a time and hurriedly wiped them with a damp cloth. But on many that just streaked the dirt that was on there. The president responded promptly to my email but it took a week for him to get back to me to schedule someone to come out to fix the problems. But ultimately everything was fixed and cleaned as it should have been in the first place. I'll give the company an A for that but it's really an A minus. Not sure I'll use them again.
