Amant's Floor Care

This went very well. They moved all furniture and returned when dry and moved it all back.

I had 4 rooms of carpet cleaned, one set of steps and my upholstery on the footboard of my bed. My dog liked to wipe his face on my footboard upholstery and they cleaned it very well. It looks Great! I thought the salesperson was very nice and helpful, but be sure to know what questions to ask before you call. The price doesn't include scotch guard, which they asked about and added on site. Of course, that made my estimate go up. It's better if you know your room measurements before you call as that is how they estimate your price and if you know your estimate will be more accurate. And they don't move anything big - at all. I moved a lot of small stuff, and it seemed as tho if I hadn't they would not have either. It was quicker than I thought it would take, and it was a little wetter than I thought it would be since they have the big outside tank. But the results are great!\

Great! I received phone call to let me know he was on the way; serviceman was on-time, courteous and professional, did a great job!

Everything went well, but we chose another company as Amants' estimate was very high.

I called. They came out as promised and removed some scratches in black marble floor tile. They didn't oversell the service. They were upfront and honest. Did everything just as promised. Also did some carpet cleaning for me.

Amant's had the best price of the cleaning services for my travertine polish by a margin of about 35%, a really astounding deal. Mike showed up right on time and got to work on the clean and polish, then finished by impregnating the stone against further staining. It took about 4 hours. When completed, I would qualify the floor as "exceptionally clean". It's a weird feeling, because somehow I felt like, with enough work, I could have gotten it that clean, but that probably isn't the case. All I can tell you is that if I wanted to be satisfied with the work, I would be, and if I wanted to be dissatisfied, I could probably have drawn that conclusion, too. I can't tell how effective the solvent will be because they did the entire floor; perhaps I should have asked for one square to be avoided just so I could see what the chemicals actually do? My only problem with Amant's was that I was not watching Mike closely enough and he accidentally did the wrong bathroom. If I had been careful this would not have been a problem, but I talked to Kevin the next day and he scheduled Mike to come back out two weeks later. An unfortunate delay and an extra trip, but it was definitely partly my fault and Amant's rectified the situation as best they could. No big deal. Overall, I recommend Amant's because they have the best prices around. I don't know enough about travertine to compare to what others could do, but the floor looks clean to me. That's all I can tell you.

Office and service personnel are professional, courteous, on time - never late. Usually able to accommodate the dates of service I request when schedule a couple of weeks in advance. They call back when I leave a message, accommodate emergencies as soon as possible and give advice over the phone. Amants is no hassle. They are excellent and I will continue to use them. I've never had to call them back to redo anything due to wicking or stains returning. They are reliable, professional, competitively priced, high quality service.

The technician arrived and explained how long it would take. He went about doing the job. and finished just about when he said he would. And the floor looks great!

From our standpoint, I would recommend this company. The customer service department is very good. The cleaning techniques are the best I’ve seen and the price is very reasonable. They don’t leave any mess and they are very clean. I’ve been impressed with this company.

They were quite accommodating and wonderful. He was here on his own. He did the work, closed up our home, and left. I had other obligations and was told I would not need to be at my home. Everything was very thorough and he hit all the corners. It was fantastic.

The entire experience renews my faith in the service industry. Of course I did my homework first. I selected Amants because their process is 5 times more powerful than the standard hot steam extraction method because the equipment runs off the truck motor, not the equipment motor. Amants was responsive and worked within my time contraints. My vanilla-colored carpet looks fantastic. They even removed a large paint spot which my previous carpet cleaning service was unable to remove. Of course I would always prefer a less expensive option, but for me it was worth it. I have scheduled Amants to return and clean my ceramic kitchen floor. I will do a review after that.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional. The young man that came out was extremely professional. They followed it up to make sure that everything was okay. They did it really well. It was a well done job. They are a little on the pricey side if you want your floors to be resurfaced. I called a couple of other places for the cleaning and they didn’t even do it. So I felt we had good service from Amants but they are a little pricey. I would use their services again in the future.

They showed up the day after I contacted them, were on-time, looked at the carpets and furniture and made recommendations. The secretary had given me a ball-park estimate on the phone, but I changed rooms on them. They were very gracious, and gave me a price before beginning work.

They did the job very well. They were very good to work with and good in every respect. We didn?t have to pay anything extra to have them move furniture. They did not move any huge pieces of furniture, though. We had an area rug that they couldn?t clean, but they recommended someone else to have that done.

Representative was on time and ready to go. He worked very efficiently even though he was alone. He asked questions to clarify what I wanted and made suggestions where appropriate. The work was done in a timely fashion and it was a job well done. Phil was very curtious and professional.
